It was a pleasure to work with TVB. I have a SC Bullit from them, and they set it up according to my preferences. When there were some issues with my brakes (which were not their fault) on the second day, they fixed them promptly and allowed me to resume riding for the rest of the day. I would like to express my gratitude to Matthew and Andy for their warm and welcoming approach.

Absolutely loved the experience of buying my Santa Cruz Vala. The staff were brilliant to deal with especially Mathew who was exceptional with his thorough knowledge and expertise. I dealt with him from the first initial call to picking up the bike. He went through everything I needed to know and the full set up of the bike with no pressure on time whats so ever. Easy to talk to and understand. Love the bike it’s amazing!
