Fantastic as usual, diagnosed the problem with the boiler straight away and we were back up and running really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We recently had our combi serviced and a couple of thermostats fitted. Reece arrived in good time as promised and was friendly and efficient. He did good work, pointed out a possible future issue, and it was overall a smooth experience.

I had to pre pay an extortionate amount to get them to come out
just to tell me my boiler is leaking when that was the reason I called and then to quote a ridiculous amount of money.

We are on a pension and are seriously going to miss the call out fee we had to pay that we thought would be part of fixing the boiler.

Charged £200 to tell us we had a leak that I told them about in the first place, tried nothing else. Then quoted £670 for valve and repair. Had someone else come in and fix heating without replacement for a lot less. Also didn't turn up the first appointment but had already had payment upfront so I could not hire someone else.

Given a time slot then updated they were on their way. Kept me updated as to what they found and what was needed. Within an hour provided quote,date and time for the job.

Reece came from twinsun heating and replaced a boiler outfeed pipe making my boiler safe 👍 excellent communication on what was needed from him and twinsun heating.

The engineer was professional, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. Received my digital certificate immediately after. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable gas works! Great communication throughout. Will definitely be using them again

The engineer who turn up was totally professional and did a thorough check of our gas boiler and alleviated our worries about the smell of burning plastic we had noticed which prompted me to call them out.
I’m totally satisfied with the quality of the work of Twinsun and the polite and speedy way I was dealt with.

Originally was looking for someone to service our boiler and we found these guys. We signed up for the monthly subscription and paid a small charge for piece of mind. Our boiler has recently gave in completely and the team were more than helpful even replying after office hours to try and get us booked in at short notice. On the day we had Rob he was here all day and talked us through The changes at the end he was polite and professional and cleaned up his mess when he was finished. Nothing was too much hassle for these guys. Would recommend 100%

Great service. I posted the job on a Saturday after trying with British Gas to get a servicing appointment (the soonest they could offer me was June). Was contacted by Twinsun for a quote quickly the same day and a servicing appointment booked within 48 hours. Safe to say I cancelled my contract with British Gas and I’m now a Twinsun servicing customer. Really impressed! The engineer was really helpful and got the job done 🙌🏻

Good communication before the visit. We were kept in the loop as to when the visit would take place. They identified the problem with the radiator quite quickly. I have used TwinSun previously. Will do so again on the future.

Unfortunately the price was very very expensive as if they were more competitive and in line with the other quotes I would have chose Twinsun hearing.

Great experience. We struggled to get gas safety engineers to commit to a date for a check of some appliances in a new home after two weeks of trying. TwinSun were super responsive and were able to get someone out for a standard check and boiler service in less than two days. Reece was great and answered any questions I had, very considerate and overall would recommend to anyone. Everything done to what we were quoted and no hidden extras except a small part which were would expect, will be using again!

Great service to a boiler issue. Diagnosed in less than 3 hours of logging problems with Checkatrade.

Came same day when we enquired about a noisy boiler. Day before Christmas Eve! Even came out later when we got locked out of the house and had to rearrange. We have a service plan so no call out fees for us :)
