Excellent service from start to finish. TwinSun are professional and efficient.
Reece from TwinSun came to complete my annual boiler service as part of my boiler care service plan. He was polite, tidy and respectful. The service, including a few repairs needed was completed to a high standard and he fully explained to me the parts that needed replacing and was transparent about the pricing. Reece left the space clean and tidy.
Communication with TwinSun was excellent from booking with the admin team to completion of the work.
Would highly recommend TwinSun Heating.

You receive very good customer service from TwinSun Heating. From my initial booking of buying and arranging the installation of a new boiler, you are kept up to date every step of the way by confirmation via text message, email and telephone contact where necessary . Would definitely recommend.

We have been with twinsunheating for about 2 years now. We first called them when we had been let down by 2 other companies. They fixed our initials problem then let us know about there monthly plans that include services and reduced prices parts we took them up on the plan.After being so let down by others it was amazing to have a company there who could be relied on they let me know when my service is due the engineers are polite and thorough with the service. The peace of mind is fantastic knowing that they are at the end of the phone if I have any problems. Thank you for your help twinsunheating

Twinsun were very good at diagnosing our problem re a leak with our Plumbing problem. They were pleasant and efficient. The only thing that niggled me was the number of emails that seemed to duplicate themselves. Would definitely use them again

We had a boiler pressure issue at 8pm. I messaged Twinsun and they replied within 10min. I had an appointment for the next day and given a time slot when the engineer would arrive.

The best part, because we have a service plan with TwinSun it cost us nothing!

I requested a boiler service and gas safety inspection, the online booking process was super easy and the great communication from admin meant I knew exactly where I was up to with payment and what I needed to do beforehand.

Fantastic as usual, diagnosed the problem with the boiler straight away and we were back up and running really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We recently had our combi serviced and a couple of thermostats fitted. Reece arrived in good time as promised and was friendly and efficient. He did good work, pointed out a possible future issue, and it was overall a smooth experience.

I had to pre pay an extortionate amount to get them to come out
just to tell me my boiler is leaking when that was the reason I called and then to quote a ridiculous amount of money.

We are on a pension and are seriously going to miss the call out fee we had to pay that we thought would be part of fixing the boiler.

Charged £200 to tell us we had a leak that I told them about in the first place, tried nothing else. Then quoted £670 for valve and repair. Had someone else come in and fix heating without replacement for a lot less. Also didn't turn up the first appointment but had already had payment upfront so I could not hire someone else.

Given a time slot then updated they were on their way. Kept me updated as to what they found and what was needed. Within an hour provided quote,date and time for the job.

Reece came from twinsun heating and replaced a boiler outfeed pipe making my boiler safe 👍 excellent communication on what was needed from him and twinsun heating.

The engineer was professional, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. Received my digital certificate immediately after. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable gas works! Great communication throughout. Will definitely be using them again

The engineer who turn up was totally professional and did a thorough check of our gas boiler and alleviated our worries about the smell of burning plastic we had noticed which prompted me to call them out.
I’m totally satisfied with the quality of the work of Twinsun and the polite and speedy way I was dealt with.

Originally was looking for someone to service our boiler and we found these guys. We signed up for the monthly subscription and paid a small charge for piece of mind. Our boiler has recently gave in completely and the team were more than helpful even replying after office hours to try and get us booked in at short notice. On the day we had Rob he was here all day and talked us through The changes at the end he was polite and professional and cleaned up his mess when he was finished. Nothing was too much hassle for these guys. Would recommend 100%

Great service. I posted the job on a Saturday after trying with British Gas to get a servicing appointment (the soonest they could offer me was June). Was contacted by Twinsun for a quote quickly the same day and a servicing appointment booked within 48 hours. Safe to say I cancelled my contract with British Gas and I’m now a Twinsun servicing customer. Really impressed! The engineer was really helpful and got the job done 🙌🏻
