We've always loved tea. There's nothing like it to lift the spirits and raise a smile, whether alone or with others, out and about or in the comforts of your own home. Frankly, we were a little underwhelmed by the teas available in the supermarkets (and a little disappointed to learn that even the cutesy, more expensive brands are invariably just owned by the massive brands anyway.) Amazing teas, frustrating quality control
Twist Tea make wonderful tea. But the lack of quality control beyond that is a concern - I’ve been a member and had double payments for months. I’ve since cancelled and orders have arrived with broken tea bags and today after a long wait at dispatch I received half of what I ordered.
I’m not sure why but I’ve not had a normal order from them (about 12 to date inc orders to friends). Again, wonderful tea but really need to sort out a lot on the business execution and customer care beyond that as it’s just very poor.

The very best tea I have tasted and such a decent wide selection. Our whole family love twist teas and we will not go back to supermarket tea. Always well packed and worth paying that little more for such a finer quality tea.

Very wide range of teas and the taster packs are handy - no wasting money and tea if I don't like it (but I do).
Earl Great is divine - tastes like the smell of honeysuckle.

After all these years, they still taste amazing.
I decided to give them a go again since I really enjoyed my last order from them, and they're still amazing. The flavours really do blow me away, like raspberry choc kiss.
Only thing I can say is that the Jasmine tea (All That Jazz) doesn't really have much of a Jasmine taste. Then again I've noticed the same with many other brands.
