I've used plenty of their products since I really love their brand aesthetic and some of their smells are completely on point. Like their Unicorn Brains whipped soap, for example. It smells just like fruit loops, completely nailed it.

However...I had their subscription box for a long time. And more than half of the products were consistently smelling of plastic, not filled to the top, and broken dispensers. This last box was the last straw for me since one of their sugar scrubs actually gave me chemical burns on my skin. I absolutely do not recommend.

I ordered some products during their labor day sale. The order came and it wasn’t anything that I ordered (I ordered body care, and received wax melts). I had to reach out to their customer service several times through email and IG. They finally got back to me and asked me to mail the wrong items back! So after going back and forth I had to take time out of my day it send back the items they messed up and sent me instead of just taking the loss and mailing out the correct items. After I mailed the wrong items back, they send me the items I ordered and THEY STILL sent wrong items! I’m not going to ask for the correct items, I’m just never going to order from them again. Plus the packaging is cute, but the products didn’t smell/perform well. Buyer beware!

Twisted allure is a rip off. Order June 3rd and now is July 15th and still no product! Asked for a refund numerous times, they don't answer and tried calling the number they provide and what a joke! No answer, goes to a voicemail!!! Rip off company!!!

Overpriced, mid products. Found a hair in one of the whipped soaps. Never bought their crap since. You can get better quality and significantly cheaper spooky products from local mom and pops.

I love there product , spent alot money to this company over the year . I didnt receive one item that they missed . Sent 4 out of 5. It was for my daughter going back and forth with customer service . They are rude . Finally I said forget it why would I lie about one product . I'm done supporting them .

I ordered and got nothing no conformation or feed back which is sad their stuff looks so nice but I am gonna go to my bank

I will NEVER recommend or use this company again. I paid 149 dollars for a Halloween box I never received after months of emails. I asked multiple times for a refund, was told a “claim” was started. They shipped a new Halloween box to my address on dec 24th 2024.

Sub part product. Contacted customer service and was told no returns no refunds. I canceled my subscription box immediately...lesson learned. Read reviews first.

I have never dealt with a worse company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Orders never ship, tracking info is fraudulent. They say they refund you but no refund happens. Do not buy from them. There is an entire Reddit for complaints. They have an F from the BBB. Avoid!!!!!!!

Everyone can have different experiences but for me I got coffin cake, creekside and zombie virus body lotions and I love them all. Ordered the 20th of June and got it the 30th and everything was great. Reminds me of bath and body works bur creepier. Definitely getting more again.

I can say that there is not one scent I don't like yet. I've been a fan for a couple years now. No complaints! My order showed up 3 days earlier than expected considering the amount that I ordered (18 items).

I love this company. Their products smell so yummy. I had an issue where one of the body sprays arrived damage so I contacted customer service. They got back with me the next business day (I sent the email in the middle of the night on a weekend) and immediately sent out a replacement for me. I'm happy with them and will continue to order from them in the future

Can we give zero stars? I ordered from them 6 weeks ago thinking that would be enough time for my order to arrive. My order is gifts for my daughter. She's in the Army graduating from ATC school. She's been gone 6 months and is about to deploy for a year. She wanted to try these so bad. She won't get the chance because my order hasn't even shipped yet! I have received 2 tracking numbers. One for USPS, who they blamed at first. Then, they give me a UPS tracking number and said they were shipping it out. UPS and USPS both say no arrangements were made to pick it up, nor was it dropped off. Shipping labels were created and that's it. Almost $200 gone. My order says fulfilled on their Web site, but it's not even fulfilled. This is ridiculous. They keep putting out new collections and getting swamped with orders and everything is backed up. I looked at product reviews, not company reviews. I guess I'll look into fraud related inquiries with my bank, the Escondido PD and, an attorney if this isn't resolved.

Just got my refund today 3/21/24. Placed my order Jan 30th. Asked for the refund 2 weeks ago.

I ordered some stuff a month ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. I understand it's a small business, but it's unacceptable to take this long. They printed the label and claimed it shipped, but the tracking just never updates... Hoping I get it one day but the other reviews here make me concerned to reach out to them even.

Placed an order back in November for a Christmas gift. The package ended up being miss delivered, reached out to Twisted Allure after UPS completed the search for the package and was unable to locate it. It’s now February and I have not received a refund for the order or a replacement!! Take your business and money elsewhere. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I wasted my money. I’ve tried notifying this company multiple times for an update. I purchased almost 10 days ago and have not received so much as a confirmation email. So I can’t even track it. I’m going to go ahead and call my bank about returning my money and reporting her as a fraud/scammer.

Horrible, horrible, horrible I signed my wife up for monthly subscription box’s and their months behind. I’ve emailed, called, and still waiting for her subscription box from November & December. Please save your money and avoid the headaches. They either need way more staff or start over cause this company got some serious issues with getting their product out on time.

Order was dropped off at the post office two days after it was supposed to be delivered. They didn't respond to my emails for 8 days, waited until it was shipped so I wouldn't request to cancel. It was a gift, and arrived too late. Company won't make it right.

My Christmas singles order hasn't even shipped yet! I'm so disappointed anymore. 🤦‍♀️ Definitely not arriving by Christmas when it should've. There goes another $400 not even to be used on the Holiday. So frustrated right now being told they'd get here by Christmas and nope. I've spent close to 10k on this company since May and theres always something missing or my orders take over a month to ship anymore! I'm over it! I should've been learned my lesson with this company not to get my hopes up that my orders will actually be on time or even correct. Its sad I love the stuff so much but it's a constant let down anymore!

Very disappointed. I placed an order a week ago, I received the body spray and body scrub in a timely matter. The supposed scent of “skittles” was instead a sour citrus/ orange smell. Which is a scent I absolutely hate. I inquired of a simple return/ exchange, not even a refund. They told me I wa s pretty much SOL. No resolution just telling me nope no returns. I will never order from this company again.
