Absolutely horrible I never got my package and the owner Lisa is a nightmare she is so unprofessional and unfriendly she wouldn’t even refund me or send me replacement. I should have done my research on this expensive crap before ordering. $80 for 3 things Is outrageous anyways. But that wasn’t the issue I also got 3 monthly boxes for me and my daughters and have spent a lot with this company and she can’t replace one missing package? Girl I will be sharing this all over social media plus all these other reviews people have let to let people know not to do business with you. I have 900k followers on TIKTOK and I hope you lose tons of business. But either way they do NOT stand behind customer service at all. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mom got the bubble ghoul a few months back and It smelt so bad I about puked. Be careful with this company. She has TONS of bad reviews. I wished I seen before wasting my money.

Horrible company they will give you a fake delivery date and it will never be delivered on that day and good luck getting ahold of them for help I've emailed multiple times and no response

I ordered the beginning of august, thinking I would get the August subscription box. What I didn't know, was that the cutoff for the subscription box was the 12th of the previous month. If you scroll all the way down on the subscription box listing the FAQ was there but it's white text on a white background and the shades are just barely different so unless you're looking for it you're not going to see it. That alone is already shady.

I emailed the customer service several times and I've had a couple of back and forth emails with them and at no point did they actually let me know how to cut off for this month was the 12th of the previous month. That one bit of information would have answered all my questions about where my package was.

I finally get the package and products look like the videos but the packing doesn't. For almost $90, because you still have to pay shipping and you buy the subscription box, you would think it would come in a cute box. No it's a plain white box with a bunch of packing peanuts, and not even a full handful of that colorful grass like she puts in the video.

The products themselves are okay at best. The items look great, the labels are really cool, the actual products looks pretty, but that only goes do far.

First and foremost, only two of the five bottles have the ingredients listed on them. Yes, the ingredients are listed on the card that comes in the package, but the ingredients should absolutely be listed on each bottle. That irritated me but it didn't irritate me enough to leave a bad review.

The smell of these products is awful. I originally thought maybe it's just I don't like the scent, but I had four other people try it and they all said the same thing. The body spray smells like Dollar tree cleaner.

The sugar scrub smells the best out of everything, and even that is mediocre at best. To me, I feel no grit in this at all so I don't know how this is supposed to be a sugar scrub. Also I tried to spread a little bit between my hands and it was nearly impossible. It was hard to spread it wasn't comfortable and overall it was not something I would willingly purchase had I been able to test it beforehand.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the subscription box. It wasn't worth the price. And none of these products were worth the individual prices listed on the website either. The fact that the FAQ is white text on a white background is extremely shady to me, and on top of everything when you look at the bath bomb section of the website she misspells one of the ingredients.

Maybe that's Petty to include, but a big business like this should have everything correct especially the ingredients.

Overall it was an awful experience and I couldn't recommend it if I tried. I found the only thing to be good about the product is that they have cool looking labels.

The scents are great, the sizes of the scrubs are very much worth the prices. I do wish the soaps had a bigger bottle. Came in very quickly, no issue with CS. I am big on self care products and their scents are right up my alley. I will order from them again in the future. Shipping is a bit pricey, most sites don't charge for that after spending a certain amount, could offer coupons as well like most shops. I do give five stars though, I really enjoy the scents. I honestly don't understand people giving such bad reviews, you definitely get what you pay for, just work on shipping and offers for customers is my ONLY fault.

Zero customer service, rude owner Lisa who spends her time playing dress up instead of shipping packages in any sort of timely manner, as well as the best most popular products are NEVER in stock as Lisa likes to refill scents very few enjoy. Not worth it at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Received my first order today and definitely regret it! The sherbet skulls whipped soap I got smells DISGUSTING! Does not smell like rainbow sherbet at all. It has an overpowering sour smell, like that cheap artificial citrus scent they use for industrial cleaners. It is putrid! Not to mention it’s not even filled all the way and way overpriced. They really screw you on shipping, charging you as much as what their product costs. This is such a waste of money and they won’t let you return it or exchange it. Lesson learned. Never again!

Iv been subbed to the subscription box for over a year and the quality as gone downhill so bad. 5 months of handsoaps is beyond ridiculous. What happened to the bath dusts, bath bombs, bomb pieces bars of soap at least? Shes taking the lazy route now and its really showing and dont even try to bring it up on her Instagram or facebook pages she just deletes the comments!

Products are partially filled for the amount of money...my whipped soap had a ton of air in the container on arrival and probably 50% actual soap. Disappointing. I have another order as a gift on the way, I haven't been able to cancel easily so I'll just take it for myself...won't be ordering again though. Packaging is beautiful, just wish you got the amount of product you're paying for.

Well I gave 2 stars on the website but if it’s not 5 stars she won’t let the review post I guess. I was so excited to order from here but don’t think I’ll be ordering again. I’m sure the scent is amazing but paying what I did for the stuff I got then $16 for shipping and having to wait over a week for it to come in isn’t worth it. I ordered last Sunday right after the new products were released and usps says my package will be delivered today one minute then it will say tomorrow. I’m sure by the time I get it this product will be melted. I read comments about customers sending emails for quick delivery because of the weather and getting their products quick. Wish I would’ve looked further in to this company online before ordering!

Smells GREAT! The product looks beautiful and the smell from each of my product is lasted all day!! Definitely recommend!!!

I placed an order for multiple gift baskets from their website however when the order arrived I was missing one of the items. The item that was missing wasn't cheap by any means. So I sent them an email stating so and the response I received was pretty rude. I included pictures of what I received and they said that I was hiding the missing item. Really??? I understand there are people out there that fraud the system but really? I genuinely was missing my item. I spent over a hundred dollars on the item too. So I guess I'll be taking this up with paypal and my credit card company to get my money back. Won't be buying from them again.

No matter how much you spend they still charge $15+ for shipping when the products alone are $17-22. Hard pass.

I bought a body lotion from Twisted Allure. Let me tell you, I'm in love with this lotion! It smells so so good when I shower with my girlfriend I can’t stop smelling her for real not even trying to be a creep or anything its that good. If you're looking for some really good stuff, this is it. I recommend it for sure!
