Bad all the way around.…
They moved a family out of our condo assoc almost 3 weeks ago. They ended up breaking an outside light attached to the garage. We were told they would get it fixed. Well, they said they would find an electrician. But had no luck finding one.The assoc found one. No problem. The day arrived for the electrician to install the light fixture.(we had to buy two lights so they would match.) We have not heard anything from two men and a truck(loves park IL location) we sent a bill to Marcia. Have not heard a word from her. I might have to pay a visit to marcia and two men and a truck. I think this is no way to run a business. If your guys break something fix it wit no hesitation. So beware of the loves park IL location. Not reputable.
THEY DID NOT COME
THEY DID NOT COME. We scheduled our move weeks in advance. They were supposed to arrive at 8:30 AM and they called at 8:15 and bailed. No other options were presented, barely even an apology. We were left with our entire house packed up and our lease ending that day with no options. This business is absolute garbage. Don't bother scheduling a move with them unless you want to be up a creek without a paddle at the last second.
NEVER AGAIN 😬
All we asked them to do was to unload our 26 foot truck Full of our furniture and items and place it in a storage unit. Our items sat there for approximately four months while our new home was being built. When we went to the storage unit to start unpacking I found crushed boxes, broken pottery, scratches on my furniture, scratches on my $150 Tiffany lamp which I packed in bubble wrap myself, two crushed lampshades, and an heirloom of my grandfathers in a box marked fragile on the bottom of several containers!! I was devastated, heartbroken and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I reached out to the company via email and got a response phone call the same day. I spoke to a polite young man who looked up my contract and told me it was noted that there was already scratches on my furniture when they arrived. I asked if that was documented anywhere and he replied he would have to do some research. He did call me back the next day to tell me he had it was documented but unfortunately my paperwork did not show that. I was not compensated for any of the terrible mistakes that were made. I have 18 photographs I told him I would love to share with him but he was not interested. My husband told The workers that day if they did a good job we would use them to move our items to our new home 26 miles away but obviously that did not happen. I would NEVER recommend or use this company ever again!!
This company sucks
This company sucks. The people move fast so you save some money, but they suck at securing and protecting your stuff. They destroyed bookcase, two tables, a dresser and two drawers that go into the dresser. Then when you call them up and tell them that you ain't happy and want to see some compensation for their mass destruction they just make excuses and try to blame you instead. If your smart you will now let them near your stuff

Everyone with Two Men And A Truck did a great job. Highly recommend this company. Kimberly did a super job setting everything up. Andrew, Kameron, and Cody were very friendly, efficient, and extremely hard workers. I could not have asked for a smoother move.
Worst Move Ever!
My move occurred in November 2019 and it was one of the worst moves ever. I have moved around the country with no issues but somehow going :40 minutes away seemed too much for this company. It started with the team leader who started grumbling because we had them do some packing. The packing was haphazard and because of that we wound up with many items broken. Then as they started delivering items to our new home they didn't have any more mats and didn't have any padding for the for the banisters or doors. This lead to lots of knicks, scrapes, and scratches to the trim, doors and drywall as well as dirty white carpeting. FYI- the home had been freshly painted and carpets cleaned before we moved in.
Then when they were bringing in a large armoire that was purchased for $4000. They broke the foot off and now we have rigged up so it won't fall over. In order to get the armoire in the house, they took the garage man door off. When they were going back to the old house for another load they propped it up. Of course they forgot it was propped up and the door slammed on the ground. Putting a gouge in the wood floors and completely damaging the door lockset beyond repair.
In addition, they randomly left things out on the back patio without telling us in the middle of winter, left about 10% of our household items at the old house, threw anything they delivered later in the evening randomly into the garage and started to get a very "who cares" attitude late in the day.
To top it off they broke my 11 year old daughter's snow globe without telling us. I found out about it when I found broken glass from it on a bookshelf & in the carpet. The snow globe was no where in sight. So later that night I was lucky enough to clean up broken glass & explain to my daughter how the snow globe, which was a present from her grandmother, was now broken.
Worst of all was Justin, their million dollar sales club winner, who completely underestimated the job. This added to the stress of his workers because they had a very long day and added to the stress of my family who had to get a young girl to school in the morning. Then as they are telling us that we owe them additional $1546.18 at 10 PM at night they pull out the scare tactics. The entire crew stood around my husband in the kitchen as he discussed with Mike the increase in our bill. Mike would not leave until we put the entire amount on our credit card. He said to call Brandon, the manager to have him reduce the bill the next day. Of course, Brandon refused to reduce the bill and was very rude.
So all in all we got to pay more for a million dollar sales person to underestimate our job, for the crew to show up without the proper equipment, for items to be damaged, our home to be damaged, to listen to infighting of the crew on how best to move items, inefficient use of manpower & trucks and then to be intimidated in our own house. Though we did agree to pay them for some additional time for packing, they decided what was fair for the damages and just credited it back to card without our agreement. It wasn't nearly enough for the damages that were caused and headaches they caused. Funny part is we paid more for their terrible service than we would've paid for the full service movers we were going to go with. And just to be decent people we fed the crew & even tipped them because we felt they were put in a no win situation.
Don't be fooled by their low estimates, and their catchy slogan about "treating you like they would treat their own grandmother". I wouldn't treat my worst enemy this poorly!!

They severely damaged multiple pieces of furniture and we had to fight tooth and nail to get even close to appropriate compensation. Very difficult to work with after they got their money for the move. Will never use them again.

I hired this company to move my business to and from storage. The move to storage was ok but from storage to our new location is where things went wrong. The move cost 330.00 but the damaged is 2500.00. They damaged 5 display cabinets, 2 display stands, destroyed the computer stand (not useable), they kept it on the truck never received and my step ladder disappeared all together. They refused to talk to me or come out and see the damaged. They send a guy out to repair the display cabinet but he just added some wood filler and stain, it looks very bad. Also he couldn't repair the display stands. They never addressed the missing and destroyed items. Si I stopped the credit card payment and they say until I release the payment there not talking to me. Why would I when the damage is more the cost of the move. They are supposed to be moving pros but failed to use the correct protection or equipment to prevent the damage they caused. I would never use them again. Poor customer service and they refuse to file an insurance claim or reimburse me for the damages. This is on going issue.
Made our move so much easier
Made our move so much easier. Everything was boxed and itemized. I had a lot of crystal that had been passed on from my parents and I was a bit concerned about it. Not only did it arrive double padded, there was even a card saying, welcome to your new home, this crystal is too beautiful to be hidden from sight, put it somewhere for all to enjoy. A really nice touch. Thank you.

!!!!!This is specifically for your Panama City FL location!!!! Brian and Scooter were the literal best. They were our lifesavers in this unforgiving Florida heat moving so much (including the world's most awkward dining table)! They were thorough, professional, and moved our oversized furniture with way more ease than I could've ever gotten out of me alone-- and with the quickness! Very personable and efficient. 15/10 would recommend. By far the smoothest moving experience of my life. I am telling E V E R Y O N E. Y'all are the greatest, and especially Brian and Scooter!! 💯 Give them all the awards!!!! And raises!!!
Arlington location- slow and expensive
This is for the Arlington, Texas locating. It took four hours to move a queen bed/ mattress, a sofa, a TV, and a TV console from Fort Worth to Dallas. Cost was $625.
Original estimate was for ~6 more items (we ended up moving them ahead of time) and the range was $380 to $630.
Moving team was very slow and had extreme difficulty partially disassembling an IKEA bed (Malm, for any IKEA fans). Also, they did not bring mattress bag I ordered.
We had an issue with the sofa not fitting in the new apartment, which did add some time, but really the disassembly of the bed took longer than when I put it together from 100 pieces.
The office called afterwards, which I really appreciated, and Valerie in the office apologized and said she'd see about a price adjustment. However, I haven't heard back since.

Well,Dawn really had a bad attitude from the start......I am guessing customer service is not their forte'....played phone tag for a few days finally wish I had not caught.......after she told me that they would charge me from when they left their facility it went quickly downhill from there.......remembered past moves by them with items stolen and serious antiques marked up.....NEVER MIND
The crew did show up on time
The crew did show up on time. However, while moving the furniture from my now old apartment; one of the gentleman scratched the top part of the ceiling. Luckily, I was able to fix it. After delivery some of my furniture had a few minor scratches on it. I was told that I was going to have good quality service and instead received mediocre service.

I used Two Men and a Truck to pack and move from a small house to an apartment because of a recent spine injury. They didn't use dishpacks (after telling me on the phone they would bring extra), broke a number of dishes, gouged/cracked a solid wood 200 year old wardrobe, and LEFT MANY ITEMS at my former house. To add insult to injury, the owner, Dave (Charlottesville, VA)said that there will be no partial refund because I didn't choose to spend money on top of the $2,000.00 that I paid for the service on additional insurance. Better to hire high school students!
