My experience with Two Mom's was very nice. I had some question that I needed answered and I left a massage and someone returned my call within 24 hours. I sent my items on a Thursday or Friday and received the queted payment on Tuesday of the following week. The process was very easy and no hassle, and the payment was very fast, plus I received an extra 10 dollars as a first timer. In the future I will use Two Moms and refer friends and a family 10 out of 10 do recommend.

Never AGAIN! Up until this point I had good experiences-this one was horrible
Up until this point I had good experiences , however this time - was not good at all , I’d previously reached out asking about residue since now labels need to be removed- well I didn’t get paid for one of my boxes , I had chosen to still use moms this time even though the prices are lower than other companies since as I mentioned I previously had good experiences- I will not do business with them again after this !

Thx for letting us know about your experience and quote details Tara. Box residue is never a problem, you are correct. We always advise our sellers that we can buy boxes with label residue as mint condition. However, as we communicated with you yesterday, and sent you photos both yesterday and in your adjustment email, one box had box coating tears on the QR code (right next to the label residue), in addition to having box residue. Perhaps you didn't notice the box coating tear/rip on the QR Code next to the label residue. Of course, no worries, and we did follow up by sending you a blown up photo of the tear for your reference. We understand from our conversation with you that you don't believe us, and that's ok, the photo was sent to you to verify the damage and understand that it's impossible to satisfy everyone, 100% of the time. We can't purchase damaged supplies because they are a legal liability and have to donate or discard your box, and lose money, if we did buy it. Our team did make a one-time exception and sent your box back to you as a courtesy. And we appreciate your past business and trust you have put in us.
We are grateful for the overwhelming number of amazing reviews our sellers have left us and is evidence that we treat our sellers fairly and honestly, and have for over the last 10 years. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best.
