Thank you for your feedback, Ruben. We had a long discussion on Facebook Messenger regarding this, and I believe we can agree that it wasn’t a little scratch. You have done business with us a dozen times, and you have seen the examples that we send out that we consider as damaged. We also encourage our sellers to reach out to us with photos if you have any doubts, we're always glad to help. As we explained in detail, damage is a liability, and it is illegal to buy or sell damaged or expired medical supplies, regardless if the actual supplies are good. It brings up the 'was this box tampered with?' issues and are a legal and health liability. Even if it was legal, in the resale business, as we are, box condition is the number one consideration when valuing supplies, next to expiration date. If you went to Walmart, or any store, and saw a box of diabetic supplies with a larger than 1in square area of the box completely scratched off the box, would you buy it? Of course not. We clearly say this on our website, and we include this information in our twice monthly newsletters, on our helpdesk, in our chat bot, on Facebook and anywhere else we can alert our sellers to avoid confusion or disappointment as you are now. Please understand it is not our fault that we received damaged supplies; we can alert our sellers, but we can't force you to follow our recommendations or only send us mint condition supplies, however we are being blamed as the bad guy. As always, we appreciate your business, and we’re sorry that you feel a more than one inch square area on a box of supplies that completely scratched off the box coating is not damaged. Thank you and wish you all the best.
