Readies.biz and its partner companies are scammers

We paid a deposit of €1,000 to Readies.biz for a system installation. However, after receiving the payment, their team attempted to disappear without completing the installation, falsely claiming that the job was done. Throughout the process, we were unable to reach them, even though prior to the payment, they contacted us constantly sometimes 10 times a day.
Unfortunately, we failed to realize their unprofessional and deceptive behavior in time. The system never functioned properly, causing us to miss out on potential customers. As a result, we requested a refund of the €1,000 we had paid. Our messages went unanswered, and when we did receive replies, they kept stalling, saying the issue would be discussed with accounting in “1–2 weeks.” No refund was ever issued.
Later, someone from Turkey most likely also involved in the scam contacted us. Although we were willing to resolve the issue amicably, they only offered to refund €500, unjustifiably keeping the remaining half despite failing to deliver any working product. We declined this unfair offer and once again, they began ignoring our calls and messages.
The contract was signed via our group’s main company, and the attempted installation was on a site belonging to our sub-company. Although no specific website was listed in the contract, we clearly defined which site the system should be integrated into through the Readies.biz admin panel, and we worked solely on that site.
At this point, we expect a full refund of our €1,000. Otherwise, Readies.biz will continue to damage its reputation with this kind of disgraceful behavior.
The name of the person calling from Turkey is Hakan and his whatsapp name is Ali Pepo.
