I love my dress from Twosisters. It's great quality. Their customer service is also second to none. Twosisters helped me navigate a tricky delivery (due to my delivery address changing) and were super responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Arrived quickly, looked fabulous, perfect fit
My order came quicker than expected (just in time for a wedding I was attending as a guest!) and it was in perfect condition. The sizing was as described on the website and looked drop. dead. GORGEOUS. Compliments all night. I’m thoroughly pleased with this purchase and I fully intend on making more from Twosisters in the future!

I highly recommend Two Sisters The Label, I was one of the winners of a recent online competition, which allowed me to actually spoil myself for once in a blue moon, as a stay at home mum with a teething baby the online competition was the perfect distraction and a good laugh as well, the high quality of the garments and those fine details in the dresses are absolutely divine, you'll feel like an absolute queen wearing this beautiful label, the only problem you'll have is trying to decide on what dress to choose, Psst they also have dresses with pockets 😱 They also have extremely fast shipping, I was trying to get the app to load to determine the date it would arrive and then that afternoon a fancy white vans honking at my gate with my package, so I definitely recommend this label and wouldn't hesitate to buy again, thank you for the opportunity you gave me to now own multiple pieces of your beautiful label 😊

BEWARE!! NEW STORE DO NOT BUY. I ordered a dress from this store a month ago, money was taken out of my account and I never received the dress. Even after emailing back they stated no refunds. Why can't I get a refund since I never received the item!

No refunds!
Bought a dress, unsure of fit and size as I was between sizes in the size guide, but thought I could just return it if the fit wasn't right. Turns out they do not offer refunds so now I'm here with no dress and store credit for a shop that I didn't want to trade with anymore. You also have to pay to return your goods. Shop at the Iconic instead!

As we know how hard it can be to shop online we provide as much information as we can about our garments, the materials used, how much stretch they have, the length measurements etc. We also have a comprehensive size guide that is always properly adhered too! Unfortunately this is not always enough to ensure that our customers end up with the perfect size, for this reason we offer returns for store credit so that customers can purchase a new dress that will hopefully fit amazingly!
As all returns are for store credit we clearly state this on the returns policy displayed in multiple places on the website, this is to ensure that all customers are aware of the policy in place for returning items to us prior to purchasing! Our policy is accessible from the bottom of every webpage, it is also available next to the description on every single item for sale on our website. We are sorry to hear that you missed this while shopping with us!

Additionally, as per our returns policy, the only time we will make an exception is when an item is faulty upon arrival or when a customer is unsure of their size, they may purchase same style in two sizes to try on at home! The one that does not fit can then be returned for a refund. In this circumstance we will refund the return of ONE of the dresses, if both are returned the second will be issued with store credit that never expires.
As your return was sent back to us via our online returns portal there was a fee of $8.50 deducted from your store credit to cover the return shipping costs. We apologise if you were not aware of this small fee, we do state it on our website just prior to the returns portal link. As we are still a small South Australian business, we try our best to absorb most of the shipping costs, however, we unfortunately can not cover the full returns shipping fee at this stage. This is why we offer it at a subsidised cost for our customers that wish to return, instead of requiring they organise a courier and cover the full costs themselves.
As your return did not fit the criteria for a refund the only compensation we can offer is a gift card that never expires, we apologise if this was not the response you were hoping for, however we must abide our policies and procedures at all times to remain fair to all customers who shop with us.

I really enjoyed the shopping experience with Two sisters the label. I saw an Instagram story ad and clicked through to browse the website. I found some great styles and placed an order and within 24hrs I received my delivery! The items are of great quality, the shipping was super fast and the customer service has been amazing. Pretty like Sunshine
The delivery was very quick, I didn’t really expect it to arrive before my event as I ordered it last minute but wow it arrived in a couple days. The mustard 2 piece outfit is like sunshine. I had so many compliments on the night of the work awards party I attended. The professional photographer loved my dressed and took several solo pics of me. The fit was really good, the straps stayed in place most of the time despite being made of a lighter material. Pleased with my purchase and looking forward to mix and match with other pieces since it’s 2 piece.

My experience with Two Sisters has always been positive. They offer beautiful feminine clothes for women who want to look glamourous. Would happily recommend Two Sisters The Label to all my friends and family. Beautiful choice of dress styles and colours to suit any occasion/age and body shape.
The staff responded quickly to emails and booking in an appointment was stress free, the lady that assisted me on the day was friendly and very helpful. A great service all round.
My only dislike is that you can only get a store credit if you change your mind, however, it has no end date and there is a huge range of options.

WARNING - no refunds! Don’t buy.
WARNING - this business does not refund. If you need to return an item (eg doesn’t fit) they make you pay to return it and only offer store credit. While this is “legal” and it is stated on their website (buried deep in links), it’s terrible customer service. My dress was a terrible fit so if yours is too you will be stuck! My advice - don’t buy.

We do make sure that it is accessible at multiple points on our website, we have it displayed next to every dress description, on the bottom of every webpage and on the drop down menu at the top of every webpage. We do this to ensure that our customers can acquaint themselves with the full policy prior to purchasing, we apologise if you did not see this prior to completing your purchase, however it is a customers responsibility to check all policies before finalising a purchase. The first line of our returns policy states that all returns will be for store credit, we then adhere to this with all customers to ensure that we remain fair to everyone that shops with us. As per our returns policy a store credit for the amount of your dress will be issued upon its receipt at our warehouse, if you do chose to use one of our returns labels there will be a small fee of $8.50 deducted to cover the return shipping costs. Unfortunately we are not yet in a position to cover the return shipping fees for customers. We do make sure that we can offer free shipping for orders over $50 so that our beautiful customers are not out of pocket when receiving their orders and then the return shipping fees are at a discounted rate as we only deduct the exact fee that the shipping companies charge us. If you do not wish to have this fee deducted you can of course send your dress back via a courier of your own choice, we do not require customers to use our returns labels. All of this information is readily available on our website, we do not try to hide any part of our returns policy.
