Lovely service. My son’s bike had failed its mot on tyres and rear brake calliper. He called the workshop whom said bring it straight over and they’d have a look

Tyres were off the shelf and available, but the rear spindle was not playing ball so the owner popped next door, where they found a replacement spindle nut (the old one was fubared) and sorted the rear wheel. A bit of huffing and puffing they adjusted the rear brake callipers but advised it needed a good service which I said I was happy to do.

All in all, a fast and polite service.

Excellent service from Two Tyres will certainly return again to make purchases.

I am a regular positive reviewer but….
As an experienced motorcyclist I’ve been a regular user of the group of companies that share theses premises with professional good values personal service over many years. I needed an MOT and was unsure which workshop had replaced the previous owner. TwoTyres staff said yes WE do that, when in fact the MOT guy is next door. They proceeded with a "Pre MOT, health check report= Get MOT” at £19. I would not head for an MOT without checking my bikes status after 45 years biking. Of course they found I needed a new front tyre, it would have passed but not unreasonable. I couldn’t comment on the price as no comparison was possible at the time. £30 on top for balance, valve and are disposal. I didn’t get any estimate given before hand of this work.
Th final insult was to ask me to wait whilst they consulted the actual MOT guy next door who is an independent trader. Obviously I know to go straight there next time. Twotyres invoice rounded up my MOT to £30 when the max price is £29.99 for a bike. I'm happy with the tyre and ultimately safe biking is the goal but feel sharp practises were at work here, particularly taking work from the MOT guy who could easily supply and fit tyres.
This review is so late as I wished to speak to TwoTyres personally to give them a chance to respond but have not gone back

Excellent bunch of people, super friendly and helpful. Ordered new Pirelli tyres for my bike online, one of which was not in stock, but they got it for the next day. I went to their place in Greenwich for fitting. All went well, everyone was friendly and helpful. I waited in their upstairs lounge area watching the big screen tv whilst my bike was worked on. I couldn’t have asked for more. They even gave me a bunch of freebies as a gift. Will Defo get my tyres from them in the future.

A website that offers honest, expert advice on tyre choice, competitive prices and slick service with a smile by professionals. I picked up my new bike on saturday morning, stopped off at two tyres and chose one of 2 options they had advised and set aside for me. Job well done and back home by 1.30.

Fantastic service from these guys today. I initially enquired about Michelin Road 5s but was told there was a better deal on Metzelers. They could’ve taken my money for the Roads but instead saved me £85 on an equally good set of tyres. They were able to fit promptly and did so quickly whilst I waited in the comfy waiting room (also offered a nice cold drink). I found them to be friendly, efficient and very helpful. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I don’t usually write reviews, and when I do they are usually favourable ones. Not today.

I called about balancing my Carver front wheel, it has a scooter tyre on it so I thought I’d try a motorcycle specific tyre place. Good response on the phone, bring it in we’ll have a look.

Turned up and was explaining the issues I’ve had what I wanted doing, and extra work I wanted done in future but couldn’t step by step in order to test results. The discussion with the mechanic was going well until mechanic 2 stepped in.

Mechanic 2 was combative, unhelpful and uncooperative from the start. He might be able to balance the wheel if he could get it off. He couldn’t jack the vehicle up (the other mechanic said they had a jack). He wouldn’t take the wheel off in the street (fair enough) but as an idea I offered to do it and give him the wheel to balance. Nope, you can’t take the wheel off and he won’t take the wheel off. We don’t lend our jack (which they didn’t have a moment ago)

When I pointed out we were at an impass and nobody was talking the wheel off and I was just trying to find a pragmatic workaround to get the job done my attitude was called into question.

I asked if he didn’t want the job just to say so, but we entered into a loop of, bring me the wheel… my response I can’t without a jack. If you can’t take the wheel off, or won’t, no problem, I’ll go somewhere else (which I did and hopefully will write quite a different review).

No no, I’ll do the work if you give me the wheel, we went around this loop a few time.

I pointed out I had other work planned, and this was just the start. Mechanic 2 was dismissive and clearly was willing to turn down the work.

Perhaps mechanic 2 was just having a bad day, I have a feeling that the first mechanic and I would have found a solution. Thanks to mechanic 2 not only will I never return I advise caution to anyone who does. Certainly not any Carver owners, If you get the wrong person expect an issue.

There was an easy solution. We’re busy can you come back another time or make an appointment? At no time dis mechanic 2 offer any useful suggestion that would have got the job done. I’m still not clear if they have a jack so are not even able to do the job, never mind willing.

Conclusion, if they don’t want the work they won’t do it. Fair enough. I’m not sure I want to spend my hard earned cash there either, so maybe we both got the right outcome.

I think these are probably good guys, with one of ‘em having an off day. But as they say, you never get a second chance to make a first impression (they may the same about me). The difference is, I won’t be spending anything with them ever again. There are plenty of other options.

So if you’ve read this far, you pay your money, and make your choice. My choice, never again. I’d give them zero stars if I could, which is a real pity as I think they might have been good, had we found a pragmatic solution to getting the wheel off. I guess some things are just too difficult.

Really professional and helpful service. Had front and rear tyre fitted, offered me the best tyre for my bike and riding style( wasn’t the most expensive!) fitted them perfectly with grease added to fitting and the tyre valve markers matching perfectly with the balves( very rare!) thank you

I was riding through London and discovered a nail in my Tyre.With 200 miles still to go i rang the nearest Tyre place Two Tyre's.They got me straight in for repair and i was back on the road in no time.Very good service at a reasonable price.

Absolutely impressed by Two Tyres. Ordered a Road 6 front tyre for my Tracer on Monday morning - arrived 14.30 on Tuesday! Price was competitive, contact with updates on order excellent - and delivery to my door by the following day. Needless to say I’ll be contacting Two Tyres when I need to replace the rear tyre. A “5 star” service!

Terrible company they advertise tyres on selling platforms they havent even got and take your money up front and communication is very poor when you try to ring them .Left me out of pocket as i had to find an alternative tyre from another company. They will deny this of course.

Ordered tyres as this came up best price. Service was great from ordering to delivering. Made a call and the gentleman that answered said he didn't deal with that side of the business and his colleague who does had gone home. He reassured me that all was ok and proceeded to go out of his way to check my order. Told me my tracking number would be emailed the following day when they ship my tyres out. Highly recommend great on value and professionalism.

Just had my Triumph fully serviced and it rides like new. Can't ask for any more than that the team there are great and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I shopped around for the best product/price and TwoTyres came up trumps.
I placed an online order then went with loose wheel for fitting of tyre & tube. (Maxxis Enduro.)
They had just moved to a unit just off the A2, only minutes from M25. Service was 100%, I spoke with a number of staff who were all very polite and efficient. I went to the cafe upstairs, great venue. Came back down and the job was done. Loved the customer service; so nice to be treated like I actually mattered.
