Great service shock for my Speed Triple delivered before expected date and what a class piece of kit, like the set up guides as well

Teut is willing to take the time to explain things. Nothing is too much trouble. Very knowledgeable.New shock arrived within a couple of weeks.

Ordered suspension for my bmw g310 gs, supplied front suspension by post , new springs fitted and returned in quick fashion.

An exchange of emails (with quick responses) prior to purchase give sound advice regarding options. Delivery was sooner than expected and the YSS shock absorbers were a perfect and easy fit. It only remains to test them out now but the bike (Forza 350) does feel much firmer than the standard shocks during a quick bounce around the garage!

Very quick next day despatch helpful when called for advise however website is over complicated and I lost patience trying to order other parts that the website couldn’t find!! Even though on the phone I was told they were in stock. I gave up trying and jist bought one tiny part instead of the extra items. The postage was double the cost of the part £9 and really postage should have been about £1, but I was told this on the phone call. All good, but would prefer to buy over the phone next time.

Gave TW Suspension a call to make sure I was ordering correct shock for Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 and was given advice on how to process the order online. Not fitted the shock yet but will do this weekend. It was delivered within two weeks, well packed with clear instructions and superb quality (Nitron). If the shock performs anywhere near the same as the service from TW Suspension, it will be superb.

Excellent response to emails, and fast delivery. Good value (from first impressions), however the proof will be once it is on the bike. One last thing,cwe provide data to have it pre-set, there is nothing in box or on shock to state what it has been set to . ..

Shocks took a little while to come but this was due to Yss not delivering to TW so when they did receive them they were delivered straight away
