Quality products from an independent business
Purchased a leather wallet. Really appreciated the classic design, but with the option of boldness. Although I didn't go for the small enamel badge (the negroni was tempting), I opted for the bold colour design. Outwardly it's classic brown, inside I went for yellow. It looks fantastic and the quality is excellent.
For the quality you get the pricing is good. I'd benchmarked against the offerings from John Lewis and you get a better deal from Tyler & Tyler.
Lots of other quality accessories available. Highly recommended.

I paid the delivery in France
I paid the delivery in France. Then before receiving the belts, i have to pay a custom tax : 42 €. It's too much. I'm not happy at all. It's robbery.

It clearly states on every product page on our webstore and on our delivery terms page “Please Note it is the customers’ responsibility to cover any duties and fees levied by their own country”. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy, but it is completely out of our control what French Authorities wish to charge you. To state robbery in your review and give us 1 star is unfair when our webstore is very transparent about such matters.

I really like quality of leather and…
I really like quality of leather and overall finish of my wallet. But its pockets are too small. Cards are not going in and out easily. I doubt it was measured and tested.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality. We have been using the same leather cutting tools on our leather wallets since 2014. This ensures that all our wallets are identical in production. We have sold tens of thousands of wallets during this time and no one has ever had an issue with the card pocket size. All our products are tried and tested. If the pockets were too loose the cards would fall out. You will find with use the leather will stretch slightly once it is accustomed to how many cards you put in and removal will become easier without them falling out.
Item never arrived
Item never arrived despite an email saying it was delivered and no one seems to know why! This was a birthday present and I’m now told item is now out of stock so I can’t reorder only get a refund which would probably take ages to be processed!! First time of using this company…….and the last!!

The issue is the error of our courier which we are trying to sort out for you.
Your purchase was from our stock clearance sale and the belt had a 40% price reduction on it. We offered you an immediate refund or a replacement belt for the full price belts in our current collection at £45.00 and to send it on next day delivery service on 22/7/25 - something that you fail to mention in your review.
You chose not to accept our offer and asked us to investigate the issue with our courier which we are still in the process of doing.
We are a small family business and we have worked extremely hard to build our excellent trust pilot score and a 1 star review for something which we are trying to rectify for you is quite unfair. You have actually lowered our score.
We have issued you with a refund. The monies should be back on your payment card within the next couple of working days.

The woven belts are very well made although quite costly, this is the third belt I have purchased.. The previous navy one I purchased had brown leather trim which I personally found more to my taste than the blue leather...

We believe our belts are very reasonably priced especially for the the high quality leather and materials that we use in their manufacture. The leather colour was changed to match the fabric colour based on an on-line survey that we did where the majority of voters voted for this.
