Ordered washing machine on 19th January. Call received 20th to book a free delivery for following day. call received on route, driver made sure no damaged before leaving. Very happy and will certainly use again
Purchased washing machine from this company Tyler's of Bilston - the service was top rate and excellent 👍. I was recommended to them by a family member and they were right - great website easy to navigate, they called me the same day (yes and actual human !!! and not a recorded message) and delivered the following day bang on everything they promised. The machine is excellent , they were cheaper than other suppliers, free delivery and next day - I couldn't fault them. More companies should take a leaf out of their book - good old fashioned customer service !!! I will definitely be using them for all my electrical needs in the future and be recommending them to all my friends / family. Well done 👍 Tyler's .
What an absolute disgrace of a company. My mom and dad bought a cooker from here 22/12/23 faulty from day one. An engineer has visited 30/1/24 said the oven wasn’t fit for purpose and now the door has come off. These are a couple in their eighties with a disabled daughter 55yrs and now they’ve said wait for another engineer who’s not arriving until 18/3/24 and we can possibly have a refund. Tyler’s you should be ashamed of yourselves you won’t even do a straight swop so they’ve got something to cook on SHAME ON YOU🤬
Ordered new washing machine online at a really great price which included FREE DELIVERY I received a call 1hr after ordering to ask if I'd like next day DELIVERY I thought I would have to wait at least a week. I received a call 9am the next day to say washer would be delivered at 1pm and it was, the driver was so helpful would highly recommend this company great service.
Washing machine broken, looked at all the main online retail suppliers for a replacement with no joy as no stock andcant even buy instore anymore, recommended tylersonline, bought and agreed delivery all in the afternoon, friendly staff, better priced and delivery free and only £10 to take old machine and new packaging, others wanted £25 for recycling and the same again for delivery, saved £70 against main go to online stores that no longer have numbers to call the local retail outlet.
I wanted to say a massive 'well done' for the great service from Tylers of Newport. We bought a new dishwasher on on-line yesterday and it has already been delivered, installed and the old one removed within 24 hours! Extremely prompt, completely hassle-free and excellent service.
