Excellent furniture …
Cupboard for hallway was delivered yesterday and assembled today. So easy and quick to put together and looks amazing. So happy with this will definitely buy again from this company. Being able to design what I wanted myself was a great experience, it came with really clear instructions and took less than 30 minutes to put together. Fantastic.

Thanks for TrustPilot. I would like to thanks people here who saved me from a terrible situation. The website is very appealing: making your own design, the colors, the fabrics. Everything looked top! I was only looking at making a nice little side dressoir which in the end would have costed me around 500 euros so price wise was also reasonable. I was even considering doing the same for a TV furniture if everything went well.
But reading all the nightmare stories about damages, the multiple packages (what?? I was supposed to receive 10 or 15 package for that? lmao Ikea would just send 1), the very difficult installation requiring heavy hammering (what??), missing or damage parts with more waiting times, the bad quality with changed colors if you put decoration (what??), the extremely long waiting time of 6 months or even more, the terrible customer service etc etc... I now changed my mind. I will find something else thank you. While I can understand very big furniture made to personalized sizes can take a while to be done and delivered. Imagine waiting that long for a simple small side bad quality dressoir. No thank you.
This is good learning to be careful of the very appealing offers and website, when it seems too good to be true, it probably is! It seems that all the investment went into getting a very nice website where people can make their own furniture but the rest doesnt follow...

We’d like to clear up a few misconceptions quickly: The number of packages depends entirely on the size of the piece – a small sideboard like the one you were planning (around €500) usually arrives in just 2–4 boxes, while a large wall unit can indeed come in 10–15 packages. Our assembly system works with a click-connection – nothing needs to be screwed – and the included rubber mallet is only used in a few places to make everything perfectly flush. Transport damage can unfortunately happen from time to time, but we replace every damaged part free of charge and quickly under our 10-year guarantee. Production time is shown live and transparently in the configurator for each item – for smaller pieces it’s usually 4–6 weeks, not 6 months. We completely understand that negative reviews can be off-putting. At the same time, we receive thousands of very happy customers every day who report exactly the opposite experience. If you ever feel like giving it a try – perhaps with a smaller piece – we’re here for you and would be happy to assist you personally.

You can easily online build your own piece and it comes out exactly like that! I ordered the color swatches on forehand and that worked perfect to match my interior. Clear communication about the delivery and a friendly deliverer.
The best assembling manual ever! You literally only need a hammer.
The only critical note I have is the quality of the top layer of the material; that is very vulnerable. I bought the Burgundy colour and one soft touch to the floor during assembling caused a visible damage.
For the rest I am extremely happy with my beautiful new cabinet!

A Massive Console That Actually Delivers
I was skeptical at first because of the size of the piece, but it turned out beautifully. Honestly, don’t waste your money at the Generic Swedish Furniture Store if you can help it. That place is great for plenty of things, but if you need a solid, long-lasting console, Tylko exceeded every expectation. A friend and I put it together over two evenings – despite how big it is – and the whole system is snap-in, sturdy, and clearly designed by people who understand how real homes work.
