Please read and decide for yourself

PLEASE, do not make the same mistake we did in trusting this Company also named G.Cars with your money. Two years ago we started legal action, due to 5 failed attempts to repair our van, which started 23 days after the purchase. Three independent inspections wrote off the vehicle but unfortunately the Company just refused to cooperate. Court ordered them to pay full refund including all other costs and out of pocket expenses. Unless you are very astute, take your own damp meter, mechanic and have a great deal of knowledge with regard to this kind of purchase, then be extremely careful. I would go to a reputable Company.
During the process of investigation we found out lots discrepancies, including paperwork, which led to the Judges decision

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They sold us a dangerously defective Motor home, with a Habitation Certificate that was not worth the paper it was written on. When we first reported the non functioning gas system , they wouldn’t accept that it was faulty arguing that the habitation report confirms that it was operating correctly at the time of delivery. Even when we showed them a faulty gas regulator valve that was out of date six months earlier, they still denied liability. In the end they repaired some of the faults (6 months later) but when we queried why not all the faults; the language they used will not be repeated here. I strongly urge you not to use this company. They do not understand the concept of customer care and will say anything they think you want to hear. If anything goes wrong they will abuse your trust, your money and even abuse you verbally. They are so unprofessional that we are reporting them to Trading Standards in the hope that no one else has to go through what we have.

EASTFIELD MOTOR COMPANY BASED AT…

EASTFIELD MOTOR COMPANY BASED AT TYNESIDE AUTOPARC

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END TO SAVE YOURSELF THE BIG MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH THIS DEALER. Worst move I ever made was to buy a car from here. The owner and Sales person are the most disgusting people to deal with, they lie through their back teeth and sell unroadworthy cars with incorrect, in my experience, MOT's and have the most disgusting attitude even though they are in the wrong and know they are. I know from experience having just/still going through trying to get my money back from them. I paid £3500 for my car which I had for all of 3 hours in total on 20th February 2021. It is now 6th May 2021 and after 2 promises in writing of getting my money back, saying it would be in the bank by 1pm today at the latest l am still getting nowhere. I rejected the car officially and as it stands he has both the car and my money. Every warning light on the dashboard came on after the first hour, took back and was told it was a day time running bulb, to bring back on Monday to fix. I used the car the same night and it broke down pulling into a parking bay in a supermarket where it stayed for 2 nights. The garage came and took it away, checked it over and the fault was a relay, then it was an earth wire. I decided to get an independent AA check on it. When I bought the car the MOT said it only needed 4 tyres. The AA inspector wouldn't even drive it more than 3 miles due to the faults with it. I have a report from the AA as back up and proof of this. I have been fighting ever since to get my money back on it with little or no response and false promises from the owner when he does respond. If he doesn't like what you are saying he will just blank you and hope that you go away.

No customer service - just ignore any complaints..

Where do I start!! I bought a new car from them five weeks ago and was less than 70 miles away when I had to pull over on the motorway - long story short they had send the car in for a service at an external VW garage who had not fit the stone guard/tray back on properly so it had caught in the wind and folded back on itself (but as you can imagine sounded like the car was being dragged)

I called every day to speak to the sales person, the manager, the owner or anyone who would listen to get this resolved and offered to take it back in for them to do the work themselves (rather than pay audi dealership prices) - it has ended up costing the best part of £960 (but probably would have cost them a couple of hundred!!!

I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL - STAY WELL CLEAR - JUST COWBOYS WOTH NO AFTERSALES CARE WHAT SO EVER!!!!

I AM HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET MY MKNEY BACK BUT AM GOING TO PLASTER THIS REVIEW ON AS MANY WEBSITES AS POSSIBLE.. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO MAKE COMPANIES LIKE THIS STOP!!!

Bunch of cowboys

so we buy a vehicle from Tyneside autoparc. the salesman was nice at the time of buying it....after that it went down hill from there. we only had the vehicle 2 month when the heaters stopped working and the engine kept over heating. we got it recovered back into Tyneside and they had it 3 weeks in total. we had to spend hundreds on a hire vehicle until we went back to them and demanded they give us another vehicle to use which we still had to pay insurance for but it was cheaper than a hire vehicle. after chasing them numerous times we ended up telling them what the problem was as my partners father has had this type of vehicle all his life. the woman on reception of service was dippy as anything. every time we asked for an update everyday all we got was the part is being ordered. surely after a week this part should have arrived? one day her response was word for word "I don't know anything, I just work here" obviously money for nothing there, I thought if you worked there it was your job to know and find these things out to provide good customer service? the bloke who was doing work on the vehicle wasn't much better either, tried to get an answer out of him but all we got was..."these things happen" with a snotty tone to his voice and a face like he just chewed a wasp. (job satisfaction right there!!) eventually got the vehicle back thinking that was it...but no. they advised they fixed the parking sensors, as soon as you put the vehicle into drive they make a horrible screeching noise which isn't normal, that was a month ago and now another month later we are having to pay out hundreds for brake pads as the brake sensors weren't connected! I wouldn't go back there to buy another vehicle if I was getting paid! I wish someone had warned us away from them as everyone I have spoke to afterwards says they are rubbish. I will defiantly warn people not to go there.

Worst experience known to man!

I have never had to deal with a company as bad as tyneside auto parc. From the sales process to the servicing.

I was promised multiple things done to my car which the salesman guaranteed; one of them being getting the steering wheeled painted. All they did was put a tacky cover over it even after I stressed I did NOT want a cover.

I can't be bothered going through many other obstacles but one of the most recent one was the replacement of my head gasket as I have warranty.

They have bad my car 3 f*%kin weeks now and still have not fixed the issue the bunch of useless c****.

The customer service is terrible, the tone of voice is unprofessional as you can tell they are getting annoyed.

I have persuaded 2 family members and a friend from not going there to get a car, only good thing is it is easy to obtain finance.

Please stay away as there are other companies who actually deserve your custom.
