While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. TypoAir is a scam

They do not ship any items, they give you fake shipping information that takes over a month to "deliver". When you complain, they offer a 70% refund, and I have strong doubts as to whether I will ever receive that.

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM! I did not receive anything of the things i ordered. They give a fake tracking link, with no info about any curiors. And although they do reply to emails and complaints, they do not provide any useful information or refunds.
Ill get my refund from Mastercard, and i had to block my card as well.. do not buy from them.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS!
They copied the Lucy & Yak website to make it look like you would order from them, then they get your credit card data and your money, but you’ll never receive any of the things you ordered. Instead (and I didn’t know this was even related until I was browsing through Reddit) you get a notification for a package you received, but you have to pick it up at the post office… it’s a cheap, ugly ring. I am not sure what’s the purpose of that but yeah… :/ money lost and I had to cancel my credit card to get a new one… -.-

Total scam

Total scam. I saw an ad on Instagram about the store Lucy&Yak. Although it looked already suspicious, I checked that the store itself was legit. Yet they used Lucy&Yak's logo and website to make their scam.

Scam

Scam. Dont buy from here. Saw advertisements on instagram and I know the real Lucy and yak site, so when they didn’t know my email I knew it was fake.

Beware!

Beware, complete scam. Sponsored ads popped up in my feed for Lucy & Yak clothing, saying there was an Xmas sale, everything under 5 Dollars and free delivery for orders over 29 Dollars. But it is NOT the official website and account that actually sells the items. DO NOT BUY. Other people have been scammed, check Reddit.
