Never use this company lol, try to charge you £85 for a puncture ?? are they mad or what ? saying that if you don't like go somewhere else... Crazy people there !!!

DO NOT USE - DISGUSTING SERVICE

Rude staff, rude owner, dodgy & diabolical service. Would recommend scrapping your car before using these guys - will turn your car into a deathtrap (& leave it STINKING of weed) without a care in the world.

I had all my tires replaced, they changed my tires but also removed my tire sensors, so I’m left be a 400 pounds bill. I have contacted them today, and they will see what arrangement they can come

Avoid Tyre City Dudley at all costs. Noticed we had a flat tyre when driving home so travelled to the nearest petrol garage to put some air in the tyres but noticed a puncture in the tyre. Used a puncture kit but it didn’t work so drove to the nearest open tyre garage (google said it was open until 5pm) so drove there and when we arrived there was no air in the tyre and we were driving on the metal. Had my 7 year old daughter and my 5 month old daughter in the car, who was screaming at this point, we got to Tyre City at 4:40pm to be told that they were shut and wouldn’t help us sort out the puncture on the tyre. They even commented that we had the baby in the car and told us to call breakdown which then took 2 hours to arrive all for a job that could have been done when the garage wasn’t supposed to be shutting for another 20 minutes. Whilst I appreciate shops need time to close up and machinery to be shut off they could see we had a screaming baby in the car and didn’t even show any empathy and the fact they didn’t leave the garage until 5:20pm annoyed me even further.

Have used Tyre City Dudley for past few years
Will not be going back however. Went in to have 4 new tyres fitted on Thursday 29th February. Asked to pay up front as tyres had to be ordered in and would be there by 4pm.Rang late afternoon to be told they had not arrived.
Went in following morning to be told they had been sent to wrong depot and they had bring them back. Asked to speak to manager told he was going on holiday Monday. and couldn't be contacted. Had tyres fitted although I asked for refund which was refused.

Tyre City are always excellent value for money . They always make sure you get the best service and you are looked after . Come back time after time , the staff make you feel at ease and always happy to help

Just changing tow tyres and swapping they charged £60 robing basterd theaf very sad and dis appointment I advised friends and family not to use tyer city dudley robbers

Was very impressed with the service and the information regarding the purchase of a tyre. The staff was brilliant straight for wood and to the point I would recommend this establishment at Huddersfield new north road to any body thankyou

Good local honest tyre repairs, wanted mine repaired (had a slow puncture) and not told to replace it, good pricing and quick service while you wait.

Had my wife's corsa fitted with 4 new tyres. When I inspected the tyres found that two were fitted incorrectly. There is a reason why tyres have the words INSIDE and OUTSIDE printed on the tyre. Unfortunately they could get that right. Worn valves were not replaced and tyres had incorrect pressures as for the balancing and torque setting, well as I was unable to check these with the correct equipment just feel that these were probably done incorrectly too. When I contacted Tyrecity they did apologise and said the job was done by an apprentice. I took the car back and spent about half an hour sorting out the mistakes. Don't have a problem with an apprentice fitting my tyres but shouldn't he be supervised and his work checked? So if you are going to use this company do check the workmanship afterwards as you might be in for a bit of a shock, I was !

Gully at the foleshill Road branch told me “ f *ck you, I’m not f* cking serving you if your gonna be funny with Me because I couldn’t give my work number, I literally do not know my work telephone number as I was trying to explain to him, ended up leaving with a nail in my tire and it was completely flat, waste of time making an appointment, poor service, don’t know how this guy is left to deal with customers he has zero people skills

Rob at Bordon branch was extremely helpful , helped me straight away , very professional highly recommended!

Delighted with the efficient and professional manner in which our car’s brake pads and discs were replaced by the two Liams at the Forfar branch of Tyre City today - booked in yesterday afternoon, work assessed first thing today and back on the road by lunchtime. Great work!
