I have ordered 4 michelin primacy 4 tyre on 24th April and I am still waiting for confimration by when it will be delivered. I hope I will get it some day. Order number : 44153.

Ordered 4 tyres but received only 3. Everyday they are telling the item is shipped. It is almost a month yet nothing received.

Shipping and communication is a bit on the lower side. I got three tyres on one shipment and the other one took one week to arrive. And when I asked about it the executive was like the "stock is not there and we will send it after the stock arrives", I was like "What!!"... Then I posted my experience on such experience and someone called from tyremarket the next day and acknowledged the issue that they will be shipping it from different state and that's why it happened and promised me that the tyre will ship the next day.
As promised the tyre got shipped and it arrived yesterday and tyres are good quality and 2021 manufactured ones.
Other than the experience from the customer care executive everything was fine.

I bought one tyre on dt.25.12.2021 tyre size 215/60R17 Serial No.4WERCLA Dot Code-4WERCLA3021 Pattern- HP SPORT tyre only 60 km run my car and got suddenly cut in the centre and I claim to Bridgestone but my claim was rejected. This tyre very costly cost Rs.10400 and on other brands on tyre warranty claim very good. but here in Bridgestone have no warranty. so in future I never buy this tyre for my car and other vehicle also because of poor service. my claim rejected by Engineer Name Abhinav Singh mobile no.+919560553379 and inspection dt.22-01-2022. Engineer said that " If i raise your issue higher authorities are on leave due to covid -19" being this reason my claim rejected and This person talk rudely to me. this made me bad impression and poor service regarding Bridgestone. I bought this tyre from United Enterprises, Bareilly Uttarpradesh. while buying this tyre they told me everything about warranty given by Bridgestone on cut or manufacture fault and you will get tyre change or some claim given by Bridgestone company. but all this all this is fake and false telling by these sellers reputation of Bridgestone down by such people who are working in this organisation. my tyre inspection report send by SS wheels bareilly Sri Abhinav Engineer.
So, now i never buy Bridgestone tyres for my car or other vehicles also in future. I go for other brands.

Now please tell me ..this not issue between customer and seller..authorize dealer have done there part of duty ..now company has to decide about warranty given to customer or not ..as on my part I have already mentioned about all what is happening about tyre above ..company should take appropriate decisions on claim issues. People are facing problems and between im one of them who is facing problem .. this is all trust between customer and company. For company this is very small issues ..company can give claims to customers to maintain trust between customers. I'm not irritated on this or frustrated. I'm raising my problems and raising problem is right thing for wanting justice for my purpose.

I purchased Pirelli P7 245/50 R18 100W tyres (4 Nos) for my BMW 630d during Mar 2021 (Ref No.24384 Dt.12/03/2021. The tyres started wearing unevenly (step wear Inside two treads) in spite of proper alignment and maintenance within 6000 kms. I made a complaint to them but no response. It looks like they are only interested in selling and zero support afterwards.

I placed an order for 4 tyres on 11th of september 2021. 3 tyres were delivered by 21st September, which was just okay. As they promised delivery between 6-10 days. I was surprised where the 4th tyre was. I tried to track it and found out that it was stuck at some location. I immediately notified the issue to tyremarket. Only after that, they have realised there is an issue with delivery of the tyre. They told another tyre would be shipped soon after. It took almost 10 days to ship again. This was only done after calling them multiple times. Sometimes they even wouldn't answer the call. Very pathetic service, no proper response to customer's complaints. Whatever u say, they just stay silent listening to your complaints, without any proper solution to customer's concerns. Felt very bad placing an order with tyremarket. Takes nearly a month to get tyres delivered at your doorstep. I would never buy or recommend others to buy tyres from this portal.

Tyre Market & CEAT promised 2 years unconditional warranty from date of purchase, but then sold me 2019 CEAT tyres in 2021 by which time the unconditional warranty is over. They stopped responding on mails as well. Horrible site, never believe them!!!!!!!!

this operation is a scam. they take your money and never deliver the goods. hotline is a joke, 20 minutes loop, then lies and more lies. the 5 star reviews are all purchased. tyremarket does not own a single tyre nor do they sell tyres, they just scam you for your money!!!

Worst experience they don't how to send tubeless tyre..waste of money

I got the order on time in just 3 days from booking. Tires are in great condition and well packed.
If they can enhance communication like when an order shipped, user could get notifications. otherwise great support..not on phone, but by email with same day response! So they can improve the commnuications... worth for money .

I got Apollo alpha h1 tyres for a gud price but turn around time could be much faster.. this has to be addressed asap

It’s been 14 days I’ve ordered 4 Apollo tyres but tyremarket is not even able to pickup the tyres from the vendor/seller. Everyday they shows the error when i search with AWB number they say that the seller is closed but in actual the seller is available. Do not buy tyres online from this online website as it’s just a waste of time.

Thier courier partner is shiprocket
They giver pickup order to shiprocket and shiprocket gives order to delhivery. Worst service I’ve ever seen.
Think thrice before buying from tyremarket.com. Worst online tyre seller on web.

I ordered 4 Yokohama Geolandar AT tires from this website. I got them within 4 days. Great service during Covid times. All queries answered via email within hours on same day. I was initially a little bit hesitant, but then after reading reviews on other forums went ahead and ordered.

The price offered was no match to local vendors. The local vendors were shocked with the pricing. Keep up the good work.

Ordered 4 Goodyear Tyres 235/70R16 for Rexton AT, was bit confused whether to buy online or not, because this was my first time that I was thinking of buying tyres online. But then Mr.Anurag Gupta called me and assured that I will receive latest manufactured tyres and to my surprise I received brand new original tyres they too at very very cheap price compared from market price.
