Bought a very expensive red bud tree a year ago now still waiting for its replacement. It took 3 months with back. And forth communications pictures, all information needed to resolve my problem.I have had better luck with my purchases in the past That is why I will continue to buy from you

At Ty Ty Nursery, plants that do not survive are covered for the original plant cost, and we issue store credit or replacements in accordance with our published guarantee. Shipping costs are not included because carrier fees are incurred regardless of plant survival, and we already absorb a significant portion of the actual shipping cost to keep rates as low as possible for customers.
Many of our trees are shipped bare root and dormant, especially in the fall. This is standard practice for online nurseries and differs from locally purchased container-grown plants, which often have an easier initial transition. Fall-planted bare-root trees typically focus on root establishment and may not show growth until the following spring, and survival can be affected by winter conditions, soil temperature, drainage, and planting depth.
That said, we absolutely understand your disappointment and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Our intention is never to mislead, and our guarantee is real and applied consistently to all customers. 2 cherry trees never started to grow…
2 cherry trees never started to grow after 2 months. They told me to give it another 2 months. I did and still nothing. I'll just go to a more local nursery to get fruit trees next time. Too hard to get these replaced by this company.
Edit. After posting review above, ty ty reached out to me and resolved the issue. They are sending me 2 new trees this spring. Thanks, ty ty.
