There was no complaint rasied by yourself with the business regarding our service.
Your only email to us was on Tue, 23 Mar, 15:54 and we responded on
23 Mar 2021, 16:21. This is a half-hour respons time.
Your order arrived in the promised time frame to your location. The 6mm steel you ordered can end up slightly bent due to their nature and would be the same from all suppliers, should this be your first order of such size.
We encourage you to file a complaint to our customer service team. They will get back to you and help resolve any issues.

Horribile customer service
I ordered some face mask the 04/06/2020.
I tried to get in contact through them to have confirm of dispatching times, but their chat doesn’t work, same for the instant call service and they not answer to their email.
I hope my order will arrive but the customer service is horrible nevertheless
Edit after receiving answer from seller.
Yes and on Monday my order was cancelled from you with no reason. So even more time throw in the bin. Not impressed at all
