I really love my U-Masks but the shipping costs are killing me

I really love my U-Masks and I have a variety of them which I've used almost since they came out. My problem is that I wanted to buy 3 more refills because the others are getting on. All good till I found that the shipping costs to Australia more than doubled the price of the refills. Can U-Mask establish a distributor in Australia to reduce the shipping costs per person?

Very good service

My shipment was sent back due to delivery problems. U-Earth sent it back immediately but now with DHL express (Thank you Alessia!) and it arrived within two days. Awesome service!

Does not honor their word

The company provided false information about shipping, stating that it would arrive between 5 to 7 days. What they really meant was 10 working days. The product did not arrive within that time frame and has still yet to arrive. For something so costly and so small, there is no reason for this to take this long to arrive. When pressed for a reason, they blamed the shipping company and said to go to them. This lack of responsibility is typical of high end companies and, as a result, makes me no longer interested in buying their products.

Effective and Comfortable

I have been using these masks since the beginning of the pandemic, and I have not had COVID. This product is Expensive but effective and very much kinder to my face than others.

An Evri nightmare

Delivery of my filters took over 2 weeks. If you are going to charge your customers £4 for delivery then you should ensure you use a reliable delivery service that warrants that price point for the customer. Evri not only provides the worst delivery service, they cannot be contacted by people chasing their packages, and that reflects badly on your business. I can easily find another mask supplier and avoid all this hassle.

Hyper-U Supplement

I received a 2 week trial of Hyper-U and began taking them. Within the first few days I noticed I had much more energy and clarity of thought. I woke up earlier and was immediately awake, not fighting through a sleepy daze for a couple of hours. I have continued taking them daily, and like them so much I have a monthly subscription now. I have stopped other supplements to enable me to buy Hyper-U, they are expensive but worth it for the benefits to my health.

Terrible customer service and couriers

Still haven't received my product 8 days after ordering the problem being the courier company that U-Earth use.....
Hermes / Evri the cheapest and nastiest bunch of incompetents going. My delivery has been on hold for 4 days, I think that's technical jargon for lost. Needless to say I've cancelled my order but cannot be refunded until I return the product that I haven't received. I'll never use U-Earth again.
