I have bought every u mask replacement filter. Version 3 is the best by far. For the first time is washable the fit now with plastic nose tightening is more secure. The price is still high but the quality amazing

Not happy with the shipping service
I love the mask. But this time, I ordered a new mask and a bundle of refill filters two weeks ago, and there's no way to actually track it. Please don't use mailing services that leave your customers waiting for their merchandise two weeks after they ordered it, with no tracking.
EDIT: I've been buying U-masks since Formula 1 teams began wearing them. The service I picked was the only affordable one you offered; it costs around the same as DHL, but is far less customer-friendly.
I should not have to spend time tracking down an order for over $100. This was never an issue when you used DHL.

Hyper-U or just hype
Am a fan of U Earth products and took up their offer of a free trial of Hyper -U.
Did I feel different? Not really, but then I think a two week trial is asking a lot of the product. Will I go on to buy it for myself? I would have until I saw the price. Sorry U Earth, not this product, not this time. 😟

Customer support is wonderful
Customer support is wonderful! My shipment arrived with the package ripped open. There was nothing in it. Customer service was quick to respond. They're sending my order out immediately. Love the service and love u-masks since the beginning of the pandemic ❤️😷

Great Product and Easy Website to Use

Decent product, exceptionally poor and unhelpful customer service support team.
The mask is great, and the refills also last; the quality of the packaging and cloth mask, however, looks and feels to be of worse quality when compared to models 1 and 2. But by worst is their customer service; they could not fulfil an amendment to the order I placed (ammendment requested within 5 mins of placing the order) and then advised me that they have already shipped it, that I asked for an amendment over the weekend, but they don't read emails and fulfil orders until the working day, I asked if this is the case then why didn't they amend the order on the working day before shipping? this wasn't acknowledged, then I asked for a refund of my shipping cost as I had paid for next-day delivery and the order came three days late, the customer service agent refused twice and forwarded me to their refund policy, I had to go back and fourth to explain I'm not asking for a refund on the order but delivery as I paid for a service I didn't receive (next day shipping, accounting for +1 day delay), eventually after numerous emails, pointless back and forth and reminding him of consumer law, he refunded me, recently I have asked for a receipt for my order, and instead they have sent me an 'overdue' invoice pdf, I will give it another week of back and forth emails before I even get a receipt for the ordered product. All in all, poor quality of service, lazy and incompetent staff, trying to avoid refunds and maximise sales only, and expensive masks (an order can easily cost you more than 100£). Save your money and buy an alternative.
Update to umask reply:
1) check your own website, 1 business day is the UPS shipping advertised. Sent on Monday, received on Thursday, which is more than 1 business day.
2) Convenient how you sent the receipt after the review.
3) It is obvious that I'm not arguing the fact that I haven't received my order.
4) Apologise for handling this order and experience awfully and get on with your day.

Great masks but hard to work out the right size
Only snag was working out the size I needed. I could not get the app to work. As a result I think I ordered a size too small. The masks seem fine and the order process and delivery well organised. I just wish I had ordered the larger size as the ones I have are skimpy.
