Poor service, 35 hours since I placed an order, received 88% of it after 12 hours. 3 times now been told to wait 6 hours for the rest.

The seller was awesome and super patient with me. Would have delivered instantly but I gave him my retainer's name by mistake and we took about 5mins trying to figure out why he couldn't find me or me find him through live chat.
