Just gives you stress. In Australia on work and trying for over a month now to update my EID. Hopeless and a waste of time. Keep getting threats from Du that they would disconnect WIFI at my residence if I do not update EID. But the UAE pass just does not work at all. Send emails to support and they reply asking me to click on something which is not there 😁 Somebody please help! My ACs are running on smart switches connected to WIFI so I can’t let DU disconnect
System simply does not work for updating ID to banks or Etisalat. You will waste a lot of time trying. Then still have to visit a branch.
