If I can anyway have a lawyer or government involved I would .
I baught a number of phones and laptops online
1- their website is a disaster , each time checking out it tells me this item only 2 units lefts etc where I had to repay 3-4 times
2-by mistake after getting frustrated I clicked on something exchange with old unit
3- on delivery I got to know and I said I can’t because I have data on my computers etc is there a way to return or refund
4- customer service is clueless
5- had to go two times to the store and initiate a total refund
6- still third party delivery were coming to deliver
7- maybe 20 calls and explanation , then customer services tells me team express will only know after 2 days 😆
8- after agreeing to refund , they sent me a voucher and it’s like each item from a different zone or outlet so your money gets lost
I said I want refund to my card
9- a representative calls and says to make a refund we have to do it Manually and that takes 15 days and refund another month after
I said I need it sooner as I need to buy these things for my office
She said i can make a voucher and you will get tommrow ( phone call around one hour )
10- she calls next day and says you can use the first voucher we made … I was on my way to Abu Dhabi and forgot to tell her first voucher has same condition of exchange which I cannot do and that was the whole problem
11- I aka for new voucher ; it’s was never sent
12- I spent 13 k threw it in the bin
Those people are big and they play clients
To the extent you say Toz I don’t want my money anymore
13- last resort to file a case against them
But that’s if you have the patience and money to spend on that
If I had the power I’ll shut them down
I have never encountered a more horrible situation for an exchange or refund
There is something wrong with those people and probably that’s how they became so big … from scamming

Terrible experience stay away from this company at all costs. Go with ACE, LULU, CARREFOUR, E MAX.. but stay away from them. They abuse customers. I bought an expensive siemens fridge from their website and was told to only buy those fulfilled by Sharaf DG which I did. Arrived 3 days later with dents on the door, showed the delivery guy and took photos while it was with him too. He told me to sign the delivery papers but I left a note about the dents on the paper i gave back to him. He assured me that I can call the company and they will take care of it. 13 days later to this moment, I have placed no less than 25 calls to their Customer Service and spoke with every person in customer support, begging them to connect with with a senior at least. All they could do is assure me that they are takinbg care of things and that someone would call me back. It never happened. A supervisor by the name Hammad, finally answered after 7 days of calling, assured me again that it would be resolved and still after 7 days I could never reach him again because he apparently avoids customer calls and requests to speak with him by customers. Finally, they told me that unless their supplies who apparently is ( Better life ) accepts to pick up the fridge, they cannot do anything. As I had directly purchased from Sharaf DG, we as consumers should not be at the mercy of their suppliers ( this is their own supply chain to handle ) and instead they should honor their customer rights. Refund me so I can at least buy something else from a reputable company. Instead they left me hanging with no information for 13 days now. By far the worst customer experience I have had in the UAE in 15 years of living here. DO NOT BE LURED BY THE DISCOUNTS OR SALES PEOPLE CHASING YOU IN THEIR SAD SHOWROOMS

I bought LG top load automatic washer machine a month ago and first stopped working and then they came and pick it up to fix it and now after they brought it back it's start cutting the clothes. I asked them to come and take it and give me a refund and they kept telling sorry for that.. I bought most of my electric appliances from there but from now I'll never ever buy a secrew from them. Plus the delivery took over 2 weeks until I received it . Scammer !!

I purchased a fridge and was assured it would be delivered today. At 9:20 AM, I received a message stating that it was out for delivery. I waited until 5:20 PM, only to receive another message with the driver’s number, saying the delivery could not be completed. When I called, the driver claimed he had already left for the day, using the excuse that he couldn’t contact me—despite all the necessary information being provided. He was dismissive and responded arrogantly. I filed a complaint, but there has been no response so far. Extremely disappointing experience.

I placed an order for a fridge. I was supposed to receive the order in 2 days. 2 days after placing the order, the delivery man called me and told me that the fridge was not available at the warehouse. I called support and they asked me to wait 2 days. I waited 3 days and still hadn't received my fridge. I call them and they tell me, guess what, to wait again.
Can my stomach and my wallet wait any longer? How am I supposed to live in a flat without a fridge? Are they going to reimburse me for all my restaurant orders?

I bought a Samsung S24 FE on January 13, 2025, but UPI and NFC were not working. When I asked for a replacement, they said they needed to check the phone first (I infromed them about this problem on Januray 16, 2025). It has been around 20 days, and no one is answering my calls. They first told me the phone had a one-year manufacturer warranty, but when I contacted Samsung Customer Care, they said there was no warranty.
Lesson learned: Always buy devices from authorized stores to avoid such problems. Never buy from Sharaf DG.

I purchased a washine machine from sharaf dg on sunday the guys came to install the machine on monday and within 5 min of the technician going out of my house the washing machine did not fill the water we tried calling the technician to come back and fix but he said log in a complaint it has been 3 days since then no one has visited us so terribily disappointed call center just keeps saying it will take 2 to 3 working days why should i follow for my new wasing machine
Very bad delivery service and the worst is the after sales service. Will never recommend. My TV is ordered and has been delayed a week without notification or follow up. When you are chatting with them hardly to get an answer.

I bought Honor Magic 7 pro from Mr. Shazmil in Sharaf DG in Deira City Centre. He assisted me with the entire process. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and helped me out in the entire process. I Hight recommend him.
We are very disappointed. We have ordered a refrigerator on Sunday through their website. We paid the amount. Yesterday they are saying the item is out of stock. How it is happening. Still the same product is in stock on their site. Today also they are saying it’s out of stock. How could they this much irresponsible.

I placed an order for a toaster on uae.SharafDG.com as part of a promotion on January 12 (Order #W4884723).
On January 13, I received a call informing me that the delivery would be delayed to the next day. I agreed to wait.
On January 14, I got another call saying the item was out of stock and that my order would be canceled. However, after two days, there was still no cancellation update in my account—the order status remained “shipped”, even though the item was not available.
On January 17, I contacted customer service, and they told me cancellations take up to 48 hours, but it had already been longer.
On January 20, I reached out again, and the order was still not canceled in the system. They assured me that a refund had been processed but refused to provide a reference number for my bank. No refund has been received.
This store has:
❌ Not canceled my order in the system for over a week
❌ Falsely claimed that a refund was processed
❌ Continued selling the same item on their website
❌ Held my money, preventing me from ordering elsewhere
I am left without a toaster and without the ability to reorder. The service is absolutely unacceptable.

I am not gonna buy anything from sharaf dg online. 1 st i bought a hisense tv and exactly after 1 year display was gone. I thought its unfortunate and spent around 650 aed to fix it . Now i bought one new tv today via sharaf dg app and surprisingly display backlight is black in major part of the screen. Returning it as it is new and within 7days. Their formality to return a non working brand new tv is crazy .

Worst customer service ever! Stupidly trusted you guys for a second time after one delivery experience was shocking and what a surprise - same thing this time! Getting phone calls at 10.20pm to tell me the delivery will be another 30minutes after having it promised before 6pm! Told i would have it before 10pm, then at 10pm told the delivery window was closed, then had a call at 10.15pm from the driver - i'm now in bed after sitting up all night waiting. Then had a call from customer service to tell me delivery was till 11pm which was a lie or the whats app customer service was lying when they said 10pm, or the in store staff were lying when they said 6pm! Then told i can't be promised a time for the next day either and if I want to cancel the order I have to go out of my way to go back to the store to do so and get my refund!
Not acceptable and no one cares! In store experience is painful and so is delivery! Never again!

I have purchased iPhone 15 pro max from mirdiff city center and interacted with the sales executive Mr. Dewa who completely misguided and gave wrong information about the protection plan which i purchased along with the iPhone. so be careful guys when you buy products from Sharaf DG either from store/online... When i raised the complaint to Mr. Waseem the store supervisor at mirdiff city centre, he simply ignored my complaint.

I recently visited your store at Mega Mall and interacted with one of your sales staff, whom I believe is named Prasad. He mentioned that he is a supervisor, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
While explaining the iPhone price and EMI terms and conditions, Prasad made an error in his calculation. When I pointed out the mistake, he admitted it, but I still felt uncomfortable with the accuracy of his information. I politely asked him to cross-check the price, but instead of assisting me, he told me to check with the cashier myself. When I requested that he verify it, his response was, "Why should I check? You check."
I was surprised and disappointed by this unprofessional response. It’s concerning that such behavior was displayed by a supervisor, and it ultimately led me to cancel my purchase. I decided to buy the product from EMAX instead, where I received better service.
I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the professionalism of your staff, especially those in supervisory roles. Customers expect clear communication, accuracy, and respect, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.
