Delivery is ridiculous. I ordered AND PAID on March 23 and since then, I kept following up. Today April 3, 2025, they called me and said that the item is out of stock. So after almost 2 weeks, they’re telling me that my order is not available?? After wasting all this time? Shit company.

My buying experience became a nightmare when I purchased phone from Sharaf Zahia store. New phone was not working, my mistake I did not ON the phone in store. The store sales guys were very much interest with selling accessories, but not eager to give customer better service.They have got technicians only in Times Square. Wasted my money for transport and the customer service posed illogical questions. Pathetic! Will never buy again from Sharaf.

This supplier pretends to want to assist but when you email their support email address they throw the fine print terms and conditions at customers and they don't explain why they don't tell customers about the hidden costs at point of sale and they hold on to the penalty they charged the customer which in our case was AED480 which they charged for nothing.

Dont by products they didnt guide cutomers properly on payment methods. I bough macbook recently when i pay with card they ask for currency type when i said my currency type they processed payment. And it took huge amount for bank processes. They didnt inform customers about extra charges. When I complained they are saying machine was handover to me and i did the payment and value is showing in machine. Which is wrong. Cashier took my card and ask for currency and did the payment. The customer complain that email is sending same email every tike i questioned. If you are using credit cards for purchasing dont go to this shop. These people are blindsliding tourist and take money

Terrible Customer Service & Faulty Product – Avoid Sharaf DG!
I purchased a refrigerator from Sharaf DG on 9th March and it has been a nightmare from day one. The freezer over-freezes, covering everything in ice within hours. The refrigerator fails to preserve food properly, causing fungus growth on almonds and coconut milk. Even my homemade food turned soggy and spoiled despite proper storage.
I have contacted Sharaf DG over 30 times, visited their store 7-8 times, and sent multiple emails, but all I receive is false promises and no action. They keep making me run in circles instead of providing a real solution. First, I asked for a replacement, and now my husband has asked for a refund—but they still refuse to help!
To make matters worse, I purchased this fridge under an exchange scheme, and they took away my old fridge. Now, they are neither replacing the defective product nor returning my old fridge, leaving me without a working fridge during Ramadan!
This is completely unacceptable and unethical customer service. I warn others to think twice before buying from Sharaf DG—if something goes wrong, expect zero accountability!

I am buying an washing machine on the shop, obvious I pay, decided the delivery date, and after 2 days I get a call and I am informed that the item that I paied for , there is not on stock
How you can sell an product that you do not have on stock? Charge me and than call me and apologize for the inconvenience . Did you felt sorry when you tap my card when I paied an item that is not available?
Looks like the order was changed with another item and all was changed ..the price the billing even the delivery day. They do not have the decency to inform me . This is the worst experience

Don’t trust them they steel the customers I ordered apply watch they send it open box maybe used and when I complained they said it’s closed as per the shipping but I told them th inner box was open DONT TRUST THE.

I’m extremely disappointed with the after-sales service at Sharaf DG. After purchasing [product name] from them, I faced several issues that required support. Unfortunately, getting any assistance has been a frustrating experience.
The response times were incredibly slow, and every time I reached out, I was either transferred multiple times or promised a call back that never came. When I finally managed to speak to someone, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, offering vague solutions without taking proper ownership of the problem.
What’s even more disappointing is the lack of follow-up — I had to keep chasing them for updates. I expected much better service from a well-known brand like Sharaf DG. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.

They have advertised a device in their Instragram page as available during the this ramadan season deals. So visited multiple branches in Bahrain to check the said laptop but it was not available in stock in all their branches. At two of the said branches staff was telling me I had to pay to have it delivered to me.
I was hesitant to pay before because there was no assurance really if they had it in stock. They were insisting it was in their warehouse and that I had to pay in advance as it is in limited stock. So came the next day. They guy who asked me to pay in advance eventually told me that the laptop was out of stock.
So what if I have paid before hand? When they were not sure about the device availability and kept saying that they will arrange it the next day but didn't.
Take this as a warning when dealing with sharaf DG. Was really a really bad experience

Very poor quality of services provided in the recent times but Sharaf dg. Purchased a new washing machine against a trade in of old machine. We were informed the amount will be refunded in 21 days now but it has been 1.5months (45days) since we are waiting for the trade-in refund despite of so many reminders and followups no solution. Also.purchased a new mobile from them for which they recommended to go for mobile lamination. That too is too bad in the last months I have had to visit them 3 times to get the lamination replaced . That also very poor quality of lamination u keep the mobile on your pant for 10 mins and thr laminatiocover starts coming out. Staff at tht shop doesn't know how to stick a normal scratch guard on thr mobile they take 1.5 hrs for a screen protector
Back to machine trade in we have Sent so many emails to Sharaf Customer care still matter not actioned nor solved. We are unhappy with Sharaf DG .

Super delay in the delivery , thier customer service agents are lie to me and give me wrong information and false promise , their follow up team they will give only missed call then close and say we call you but not answer.

I ordered a product on January 25th, 2025, with an estimated delivery date of January 29-30, 2025. The item was shipped on January 27th, but by January 29th, I still hadn’t received it. After multiple calls to SharDG, I was told it would arrive by 7 PM, but that didn’t happen. On January 30th, I called over 12 times, receiving conflicting answers, including one saying the item was out of stock. Despite checking online, it was still listed as in stock. I finally received the TV on February 13th, the indoor camera on February 17th, and the extension cord on February 19th. The whole experience was frustrating, and I wasted a lot of time.
I regret using SharDG and am relieved I didn’t purchase any home appliances from them.

The most untrusted electronic shop in UAE after making an order for TV with full payment confirming of delivery 1-2 days. I called to follow up, and they said it would be delivered in one week because it's out of stock. So why take the order and full payment first place!!!!

If I had the option to choose "NO STAR" I would! I purchased a washing machine in 2022 with an extended replacement warranty. Now, the door has an issue, and after more than two months of repeatedly following up with both the service provider and SHARAF DG, their solution is to ask me to pay nearly half the price of the machine. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. To make matters worse, they are even asking me to negotiate directly with the service provider regarding the cost! As if that's not frustrating enough, their customer service feels like dealing with automated bots—it's just a never-ending cycle of scripted responses, with no real effort to address the issue or provide any meaningful resolution.

I made an order yesterday and it was written if I order before 12 pm i will receive my product same day for an amount, so i paid extra for the express delivery, but I didnt receive it same day, when I called customer service next day they said I will receive the product tomorrow. I dont mind the delivery if it gets delayed, but why you fool the customer by writing pay extra and receive same day?!. Never trust Sharaf DG
