Uber in Las Vegas is a complete rip…
Uber in Las Vegas is a complete rip off. I had a $20 ride and I was charged an $8 service fee and then some other $2 bs admin fee. Like seriously Uber? I never thought I would go back to using traditional taxis but that's what I did for the rest of my stay in Las Vegas and it was much cheaper.
I'm genuinely dissapointed
I'm genuinely dissapointed
I was dropped off 5 minutes away from my location, being told that if I don't get off her the driver will cancel my trip. I called customer service who told me that they would prevent me from getting that driver again and if i do they told me to cancel the trip. I asked if I would get any financial compensation or a refund to which they said they wouldn't be able to do so with no reason as to why. Imagine you've paid for a service and they only provide you 3/4 of it wouldn't you want a refund? I asked for their worker ID yet she didn't give me that either. I'm extremely dissapointed

If I could give less than one star I…
If I could give less than one star I would. Uber has partnered with kfc and macdonalds so when I ordered from the kfc app Uber were meant to deliver it. Their driver turned up and spoke to me on the phone to arrange meeting but he then just cancelled my order and clearly kept it to himself since there is no system which stops this from happening. Because their system says he technically contacted me and ‘followed procedure’ they would not process a refund despite the fact that we spoke on the phone. They also have no complaints procedure. It took 5 calls to get someone who would pass me to a supervisor and he gave me their Amsterdam address saying to raise a complaint I would need to write a letter here (disgusting). But honestly the tone of every single employee was vile and anti consumer. Immediately they seemed angry and patronising that I even existed when they are labelled as a support line for Uber. I still don’t have my money back and will be cancelling my Uber account. I’ve never felt so ignored and helpless that this brought me to tears of frustration. Uber has no humanity and they should be ashamed of their pathetic 1 star average on trust pilot.
The most bad company
The most bad company, they don t cate about drivers and anyone can do a bad feedback and they son t care about this . Stay far away for this company is a sh…it:)
Dishonest Organisation
Dishonest organisation with dubious drivers. Cost of ride fluctuates between the time quoted and actual payment taken from account. Sending offers that don’t actual materialise due to small print. Not very competent drivers in my experience.
Uber keeps stealing money from the…
Uber keeps stealing money from the customers accounts, just if you can found that in your bank statement they will refund back only in 30 working days or credit for Uber. Customer service inclusive management doesn’t care about that fraud and just keep cut off phone calls and refusing listing the customer, just talking fast and cut off.
Coming from the hospital my trip was 23£ today and I received email it costs me 34,54£ without asking for any changes , just the driver decided to stop in a petrol station to buy some petrol 😅
This is a fraud what they are doing and I’m not recommending that kind of services.
Hope the police will change something.

I needed to contact a driver after 2 minutes of leaving my backpack in the driver's car... your platform is intentionally not fit for purpose and the only customer service line is directly to call centre in the Philippines/India which they have limited data to actually be helpful.
Uber full of Raisism
Uber total bulshiet company full off raisist call center . Thei lying with automated dispatch system ,they hacking drivers working parameters to not receive requests, they choose which driver to do the good jobs
Sends drivers to different district to work destroying the local work, customers started to complain about drivers not knowing the area
I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Uber. I took a ride from Manchester Piccadilly to Heads Over Heels for £11.29, and on the return trip, they charged me £15.43. To my surprise, they also deducted an additional £11.35 from my account, making it a third charge for no reason whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable and feels like deceptive practice. I reached out to their support, and I’m yet to receive a proper explanation or refund. This kind of dishonesty and lack of transparency is outrageous. I strongly advise people to be cautious when using Uber – check your charges carefully because they clearly can’t be trusted!
Not Dog Friendly Uber
For a company which is now dog friendly their prices certainly don’t reflect their policy?
2 mile trip without our dog £6.23
2 mile trip with our dog £37.24
Totally unacceptable and a rip off
AVOID THE DRIVER CALLED ROHIT IN…
AVOID THE DRIVER CALLED ROHIT IN LONDON, CRIMINAL MAN. Disgusting company, their delivery drivers are criminals they eat your food and you can't even report it through their app properly they just say there is a problem.
Uber is NOT a safe ride
Uber is NOT a safe ride . Just before midnight on the 26/Aug I ordered a ride through the app. I was sent a price, which I agreed to , then a driver accepted the drive. I was sent his name, registration number and licence number.
I got in the car , which smelled of urine. It was only 4 minutes ride and when I arrived home, I attempted to leave the car. Thats when he asked me to open my app and change destination! I refused and my son can see through our CCTV camera that it is taking me long to leave the car so he called. Thats when the driver allowed me to leave the car, and said he will change destination. Then he proceeded to change the amount he charged me.
I called Uber, they said they have no details of the ride or driver! the driver managed to charge as he please, delete the trip details entirely from the Uber system. I have a screen shot of all of pre and post trip details, but they would not refund or investigate the driver!
I am grateful that my son could see me on our CCTV and called me, since I always send the details of my ride to my family... I would never use Uber ride again, as it is unsafe if a driver can wipe out a ride details.. Women think that since every thing is documented we are safe, but not if Uber system can be manipulated by the drivers. I called 4 times, and the phone was slammed on my call twice.
They don’t give a hoot… robbers
Shocking and patronising customer support downloaded bolt instead. Uber rides is a rip off and I got charged when driver cancelled I was expected to walk 3 or 4 mins from my location with a small child and lots of luggage to find him!! they are robbers and took £6 that wasn’t theirs!! and they don’t care about customers go elsewhere dont trust them. Iv cancelled my account. Greedy company
The worst customer service I have ever received
I accidentally bought an Uber one membership last month and have only just been charged today. I tried to cancel my membership on the app but it said that I needed to ring customer service to cancel, so I rang twice and both times they said to me that they would send me a message after the call regarding the next steps to cancel my membership, they sent me a message asking me to explain the situation again, I replied within a minute but I’m still waiting for them to reply to me over 7 hours later. The next time my money is taken for the subscription is tomorrow so it’s obvious that they aren’t giving me a solution just so they can get the money from me tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting and I will never deal with Uber again!
Thieves !! DO NOT USE THEM
Thieves !!! Quoted £13.99, was charged £32.01, do not use them, I complained, they said the price is correct, nothing but thieves, if could give a zero rating I would
