Deceptive sales tactics

Update: after some back and forth, I got a refund, so boosting the rate to 3 stars.

This company uses aggressive promotions and FOMO tactics. I received an email offering an upgrade to "enjoy all functionalities" for just $9/month, with no further details—just a direct link to enter payment information. I decided to give it a try, only to realize that the plan was extremely limited.

I couldn’t audit my site due to URL restrictions, and keyword tracking was useless since mobile tracking was locked under a higher-tier plan. Essentially, the most essential features were unavailable.

I contacted support for a refund, as I felt misled, but they enforce a strict no-refund policy. Ultimately, I switched to Semrush instead. I hope the $9 they gained was worth the lost trust.

My lifetime license just became basically unusable as there has been a network error since october.

Unauthorized Charge After Membership Cancellation

I am extremely surprised and deeply disappointed to see that, despite the confirmation that my membership was canceled, a payment was deducted from my account. This is completely unacceptable.

Complete deactivation of tracking if…

Complete deactivation of tracking if the user has not logged in for 30 days or longer because they have nothing better to do.
Such as taking the end of year business with them and as a result with no time for SEO.
As a result, all historical data from today until deactivation will be lost for 7 projects!
No more notifications, no more nothing.
What a waste of money!

Update:
Ubersuggest support also only said in the ticket that the user has to log in once a month, otherwise he will lose his data. There was no mention of restoring the data.

There is not even a notification that the collection of data has been deactivated, the user/customer is simply presented with a fait accompli as soon as he logs in again!

Cancelled My Subscription Four Times and They Still Keep Charging

The product itself is pretty subpar compared to other popular SEO tools, but that's not an issue as it's priced a lot lower as well. I only bought it for keyword research and basic backlink stuff and it does those okay.

Where I'm absolutely appaled is with the cancellation process. I don't know how many times I've had to cancel my subscription now and they keep charging my card regardless. I don't use it anymore so it's a huge pain to keep getting charged despite cancelling it like four times now. I could've easily bought a lifetime plan with the extra money they charged me for those months. It's shady and inappropriate.
