I can't see out of these glasses
I can't see out of these glasses! I called in to see if I could get them corrected. The agent told me to provide him the prescription. I can't find it. That's not my problem. The glasses are crooked and I can't see out of them!! It's not the prescription, it's the crooked frames!! Ya'll are trash! Took my money and sent me these raggedy glasses!!

Extremely disappointed.
One pair, my favourite came with one lens not sitting properly in the frame. The upper part of the lens protrudes. Also, that same lens has a crack by the handle. I cannot wear the glasses, as I am afraid the lens will fall out, and I can't see without my glasses. I am extremely disappointed. Especially since this snake frame is the only reason I bought the glasses from you versus my original provider.

Lenses won't stay in the frame . . .
Let me first say that I have over 50 pairs of prescription glasses that I've ordered online from various vendors so this isn't my first eyeglasses rodeo.
I ordered three pairs of glasses from Ublins. One pair is exactly what I wanted and expected. The other two pairs each arrived with one lens in place and one lens loose in its respective bag. I managed to reinstall and secure one but the other refuses to stay in the frame. Doubtful that I'll buy from this shop again.

The company is always on point with my prescription lenses. The company has a huge variety to choose from. I love all the discounts and buy one get one free. The other extra choices are very high in price and you have to get mist of them. If more choices were optional I would purchase more of the glasses. The prices should always be affordable.

The sunglasses are really cute
The sunglasses are really cute and my prescription that Ublins put in, was perfect. I will say that the arms of the glasses were not straight, which caused some discomfort behind my ears, so I had to have them adjusted. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Sparkles-I love my glasses
I love my glasses! I hope my friends and family do as well! I make jewelry so the glasses with crystals really speak to me. And I adore the mixed Colors because I wear lots of colors! Each crystal has two prongs plus the crystals are glued to the frame so they are secure. (I will still find a couple spares at my bead shop just for insurance.) You be the judge for yourself and I hope you like them too. They are so much more beautiful in person. And the price was great. Oh, and shipping cost awas fast too! I was expecting to wait a couple months but they were so quick I was surprised. I

I have ordered about 10 frames in total from Ublins. I love how unique and over the top they are. I feed off of the compliments I get from my glasses. HOWEVER the production value of the glasses needs work! For an example only 5 out of the 10 are actually useful. The other 5 are basically sitting around like decoration or in the trash. We all know it can sometimes take a minute to adjust your eyes when putting on new frames but sometimes you just know when it’s wrong or made differently ESPECIALLY when you ordered two of the same frame …
