Awful place to get items from I'll been with these guys for a year I bought 2 items but no I have to chase my first item for 6month I finally got it but join that 6 months in the 4month I got my 2nd item I'm still paying but haven't received it its been since 11/04/2023 no info no nothing I try contact them no calls no emails back I want a full refund but nooo show I'm sick of ubuy I haven't been contact for 4months from them sooo and I'm been on call for 3hours going back and forwards on the que Time ubuy letually I'm done refund my soundbar and close my account

Made my 8 payments (12 now to be exact) and still waiting on delivery of my purchase.

Scam. They charged me for unauthorised payments without my knowledge. When I tried to contact them via phone or email, I did not receive helpful responses. Furthermore, I made 11 payments towards my order, where only eight were required, and yet I have still not received my order. Their Facebook page has managed to generate fake comments which mislead customers. My advice is, please do not buy from these people and report them to commerce.
