Good experience for 1st use of website
my first use of this website/company and it proved to be reliable.
Order process straightforward, no issues.
Product delivered as ordered and ahead of time according to the tracking information supplied.
Only complaint is the exorbitant DHL freight costs that were 50% of the price of the product !!

Don’t honour order
I ordered 3 packs of 3 body lotions and they only delivered one pack of 3
They took 3 weeks to answer my enquiry about it and then didn’t honour the original order even though it’s still available on their site
They gave me a small refund but it’s difficult to see if they refunded the shipping

I had a fantastic experience with UBuy! I purchased a Mayu swirl glass jug and, living in New Zealand, I was initially hesitant to order such a delicate item from overseas. I needn’t have worried at all.
The jug arrived extremely quickly with regular up to date tracking communications and was packaged perfectly — it arrived completely intact. The quality is excellent, and it’s a joy to use. I genuinely find myself drinking more water now, and it’s great knowing it’s mineral-rich and oxygenated.

Dog bed was vacuum packed so extremely tight thus the flattish edging - not a good idea.

The Cuchen rice cooker is faulty
The Cuchen rice cooker is faulty, it DOES NOT work!! Extremely disappointed that Ubuy is not willing to solve this issue! I now have a rice cooker that doesn’t work and now have to source someone to fix it causing additional costs! I will definitely never ever purchase anything from Ubuy again.
