Very Patient
Victoria was very patient with me as I'm not very computer tech savvy and helped update my website. She was very attentive to all my concerns and questions. Addressed everything I mentioned and questions I had. I could tell she took notes because she reiterated everything we talked about, and then followed up with an email outline of all the changes, concerns, and plan of attack that we discussed in the zoom meeting. I'm very happy with the service so far.
