UGG sizing seems to be off lately. Always had the same size UGGs I’ve ordered two pairs of Rocky Oak and they have both been two small in length. Very odd as the usual chesnut colour is fine. Sadly won’t be ordering again. Returned for a refund.

The boots are beautiful
The boots are beautiful, they feel lovely fit, im atm size 6 and bought size 5 and tried them with summer socks, fits perfectly as outside is hot. The shoes are lovely, wanted black but they were made for me.

Disappointed with Aftercare and Warranty Support
I purchased a pair of UGG Tasman slippers for £103.50 (discounted from approximately £125) in November. They were worn only a handful of times and were in excellent condition.
To maintain them properly, the official UGG care kit was purchased separately from UGG. The slippers were cleaned strictly in accordance with the written instructions provided and the step-by-step guidance on UGG’s official YouTube channel. The cleaner was diluted correctly, both slippers were cleaned evenly, dried naturally at room temperature, and were not brushed while wet.
After cleaning, one slipper developed a clear and permanent colour variation and texture change, leaving the pair visibly mismatched.
UGG declined my claim, stating this was not a manufacturing defect. No inspection, restoration option, or return assessment was offered — only links to care advice and paid cleaning services.
The slippers were less than two months old when the issue arose and the manufacturer’s own care product was used exactly as directed. I am disappointed that no practical resolution was offered in these circumstances

Worth the money
Ordering was great delivery was great was kept update on shipping etc had been trying to find a deal for these but no luck ended up with 10% off so better then nothing haven't worn yet as brought for a birthday present

I just spent a lot of money for my Ugg…
I just spent a lot of money for my Ugg Boots and there's no way to contact an actual person for customer service. After one month- they ripped- I already sent them plenty of pictures. I expect a refund after spending this amount of money. They don't stand by their product if they won't send me a new pair. Do not shop here.
