AmazonTom M has been nothing but amazing…

Tom M has been nothing but amazing since the start of my contact with UPG. Not only did he help with the switchover from my previous supplier but even went out of his way to sort out a discrepancy with my previous supplier that would have took me weeks to sort! Not only has Tom given me a new contract with great rates! He has also provided me with peace of mind! Could not recommend this company enough and the customer service is 11/10!

Excellent service

Our account manager always acts with our best interests in mind- he works hard to ensure that we get the best deals and he is helpful and available (even when on leave)! He always goes above and beyond to help.

Helpful and not pushy!

Tom was great, helpful, supportive and allowed me to ask all the 'stupid' questions. Tom didn't push for responses or decisions but worked with us in our timeframe.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, AFTER I WROTE A REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WHERE THEY OVERCHARGED WITH WITHOUTEVEN GIVING MY A CONTRACT COUPLED WITH MULTIPLE EMAIL THEY HAVE SENT ABOUT CUTTING OFF MY SUPPLY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CHANGED SUPPLIERS, THEY GOT TRUSTPILOT TO TAKE IT DOWN AS THEY DONT WANT BUSINESS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GETTING INTO IF YOU CHOOSE THEM

So far, so good

experience so far has been very positive and can't fault anything. I had a cold call from Kyle and he managed to get my interest, then responded quickly with a good price, better than my current gas agreement. He didn't oversell.

It was easy to switch and all of the UGP people I engaged with were friendly, easy to deal with and efficient. Their portal seems easy and the switch was good.

Based on the current experience, happy to recommend to others.

Fantastic
