I've recently transferred 6 utility contracts to UGP. The transfer was straightforward, and without issue. Their account portal is also very easy to navigate. Very good service and happy to recommend.

Great easy process
Great easy process!
A couple months in and no problems, the dashboard is easy to use and support has been quick and helpful.
A big thanks to Tom who onboarded us, he made the process super easy and slick and nothing was to hard. Would happily recommend.

Quality service, highly recommend!
Dealing with UGP, in particular Tom Menaldino and Eddie Goodman has made understanding energy very simple. Tom has gone that "extra mile", to meet all of our business needs whilst Eddie has continued to provide aftercare and support to a high standard.

Fantastic service provided by Reece. Being a high energy user, timing for signing our new business contracts has been critical. Looking to move to a fixed price…
Looking to move to a fixed price package has been on my list of 'things to do' and I have been putting off for months. Bradley from UGP was in contact and he sorted everything from start to finish!
A full breakdown of costs for our current price/use and what this would be on a fixed price was shared with me and the process of moving 2 sites, for gas and electric, from 4 different providers was completed by UGP and has made this so easy to be completed!
The new portal has all our site accounts in one place and we will receive one bill going forwards.
Thank you Bradley and UGP for taking this off my to do list!

Our United Gas and Power account…
Our United Gas and Power account manager Reece is the BEST ! Nothing is too much trouble and he is always on hand for answering all my queries and questions. Any contracts I need dealing with quickly he is there and gets the job done quicker than any time frame I can give him and always a pleasure to speak to. Follows up when he says he will, and always does what he promises.......what more can you ask. The Customer Service from Reece and the rest of the team is 2nd to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They work hard to make my job easy!
