Good return policy
Bought a powerbank more than a year ago and unfortunately 2 of the 3 USB ports stop functioning. Upon contacting the service desk, UGreen quickly responded and send me a brand replacement.
Everything went good
Everything went good. Good quality, high performance stuff for a really good price. The only Bluetooth Jack product that has a qood sound quality and a good Equalizer setup. I can just recommend!
Ugreen After Sales experience is not great
I have to agree that the customer service experience on email for ugreen UK is horrendous. With broken english replies and delayed responses. Issue still unresolved and I don’t trust that they can.

I’d like to highlight the exceptional service I received from UGREEN's customer support, particularly from Nora, who has been incredibly helpful and professional in resolving my case.
I’ve been using UGREEN products for a few years, and they’ve consistently impressed me with their quality and innovation. I remember purchasing two USB hubs and a docking station back in 2020 or 2021. All of them are still working perfectly after years of frequent use. The USB hub, in particular, has been in continuous use since 2021 and still performs flawlessly.
I’ve also bought several GaN Fast chargers, cables, and power banks for myself and my family. All of them are still working perfectly, proving that UGREEN doesn’t compromise on quality even after prolonged use.
UGREEN continues to offer innovative and practical solutions while maintaining reasonable prices. Their products and exceptional customer service make them a brand I highly recommend.

Customer support is awful
Customer support is awful, I wouldnt trust that warranties, returns or similar work at all and the customer support does not speak english. I would look at competitors, given that with similar prices you have plenty of options. If you insist on Ugreen, do not buy directly from them. Rather use Amazon or similar where you can trust that returns etc works.

Horrible. UGREEN-DE#56372 Customer service asks me since a lot of days every day new questions only to win time and not to give my money back for a return. I told them it’s horrible and getting on my nerves. Today new shit messages and never what I want. What’s that for a fraud company ?

I’ve ordered a lot of devices, and didn’t recieve 3 of them (worth about 80eur) When I contacted customer service they asked if I have video of unboxing. I don’t have a video, but for the proof there was weight on the package. Unfortunately, it’s not enough for them. So they didn’t send a missed items and didn’t return a money. I’m very disappointed of this company’s service. I don’t have devices and don’t have a money now. Never buy from this website !!!

Absolutely terrible Cust Svc. I purchased the Nexode Pro 65W charger. The unit I received had no LED to indicate charge status - my fault for not looking into that more closely before purchasing. I left it plugged into a wall socket for 2 hrs, unplugged it, connected my phone and no charge symbol appeared. I left the phone connected and no charge was delivered. I contacted customer support. Below is their verbatim response to my question about how to determine whether the unit is charging:
"1.use our charger with a cable and a phone to test and take the video
2.use the other charger with SAME charger and cable to test
Then send us related video to show our charger could not work and other charger can work
Thus it will show problem clearly
Kindly pls understand
You just follow our steps to record the video and we will check
So you do not need to worry and just make a right video

the brand is good but i bought a 4k hdmi cable and whenever i played on my playstation it would say no signal twice and now today the hdmi cable doesn’t work anymore it only lasted 1 year and usually the lifespan of an hdmi cable is 10 years

Just couple of words about my order. I have got all the items from my order except one. After some time, I realized that nobody notified me about package arriving, so the the parcel had returned back when I checked the tracking number. I asked support about that situation and they sent me another one. All the time, from start conversation till receive of the package, we were kept in contact about status of the parcel. The support was very polite and positive.

I bought a Revodok Max Thunderbolt 4…
I bought a Revodok Max Thunderbolt 4 Docking station for about 400 USD. The next morning I saw it for about 240 on Amazon. I tried contacting UGreen customer service to cancel my order. I used their chat bot, email and called them. No one answered until the dockstation had been shipped to me and it was "too late" to cancel. When I tried to return the dock station, the rules said I couldn't because they don't take returns on items that include a free gift. Even though I wanted to return the "gift" too. They are duplicitous, mean spirited and terrible at customer service. I will never buy from them again. Terrible company.
