I recently bought two UGREEN chargers but the package had been tampered with and the contents stolen. The UGREEN Service Desk Team were excellent and immediately sent me replacements which safely arrived.

USB case for a SATA drive. Couple of my NAS drives failed. They were based around 2 x 1Tb hard drives.
I've given them a new lease of life using the Ugreen case.
Nice piece of kit, no screws etc just slide top off and slide drive in. Complete with PSU and a short USB cable. Neat, unfussy, rectangular, slab sided case so stacking HD drives is easy. They appear well built with an LED drive activity indicator and a positive power switch, just £19.95 each. I'll probably add a Rasberry then I have a cheap NAS drive. I have a couple of SATA SSDs in old lap tops which I'll probably repurpose in the same way.
Highly recommended.

Fab service, had an issue with a voucher code not applying. Quickly rectified by friendly staff. I'm sure my daughter will love this for christmas!

Item is fantastic, fully lives up to all its specs and great quality.
Only reason for 4 stars is delivery firm (Evri not UGreen).
Evri were a nightmare but Ugreen managed to fix it all so they def saved the day.

I’ve bought several items from them over the years and they all have good quality. Customer service is quick to answer and helpful. I’d come back to ugreen if I needed anything :)

the USB-A ports on my UGREEN Revodok Max 208 Thunderbolt 4 8-IN-1 Dockingstation arent recognizing external drives anymore. The link to download drivers redirect to their deals page and the link to the live chat on the website doesnt work either (several browers and in incognito as well). rather frustrating

I think ugreen makes quality products and good power banks. it’s just that the products are often out of stock. Still one of my favorite companies though.

Great support. The requested PDF for the DigiNest CUBE (M/N CD268, P/N 60113) was provided within 24 hours. If the manual could now be made available in the product's download folder, the service would be perfect.

Good product, works as advertised, easy to install and configure using provided instructions.

Great quality with good price! My package was stuck at delivery center for a few weeks, but upon reaching out to support, it has arrived within couple days.

Very good and reliable products, especially the chargers.
They have a very good value for the money spent.
Also, they respond fast to issues and any problems you have.

Great what else do I have to say stright to the point with no sort of complaints or compactions! All i had to do is send a video showing why my powerbank wasnot working and they sent me a new one

I received the ordered product faster than expected, which made me even more satisfied. There was no invoice in the package, so I wrote to the customer service to make up for this deficiency. The customer service sent the invoice within 24 hours, attached with a polite letter. This further strengthened my trust in them. I forgot to order a power supply for the dock (UGREEN Revodok Pro 313 13-in-1 Triple Display Docking ), so I will order that and other products now.

I am absolutely thrilled with Ugreen and their incredible products! I’ve been using their 25,000 mAh, 145W power bank for almost a year now, and it’s simply outstanding. It charges my 16-inch MacBook Pro with amazing speed, and the performance has been flawless even with constant use.

I was so impressed that I purchased a second one! The thoughtful addition of a dust bag in the package is a small but very considerate touch that shows how much Ugreen cares about their customers and their experience.

I highly recommend this power bank and Ugreen as a brand.

Awful product overpriced and broke within a month

Like the products and the company! Fast response to help messages and excellent product quality. Own many products from the Nexode and Revodok series, really enjoy using them!
