They are great shoes for style, comfort and support.

I ordered boots last August 2 but I didn’t receive my order. The name of the online store is De uin footwear. I tried to send them emails but no reply yet. I have a feeling it’s a scam site but still waiting for response.

Their shoes are great. Their customer service is condescending and unhelpful. I ordered a size 9 in one shoe, and I received a 9 1/2. When I asked for a refund or an exchange, I was provided with a useless sizing chart indicating that because my shoes were coming from Japan, EU sizes applied, and--according to their charts--there is no 9 in EU sizing. Can't get a refund for the shoes because I lost the tracking number, although I paid for them AND sent them back. Another pair I ordered were the wrong size (my fault), and I lost my money on those as well due to said tracking number issue. So I'm out over $200, and I don't have any shoes to show for it. Worst customer service/return policy I have ever dealt with. I will never buy from this company again.

I order something that never arrived, and for now I am on procedure to get my money back ! Don't trust this site !

I have been buying from U IN footwear for years and they never disappoint. Footwear is well made and material is long lasting, good quality. Will keep buying for friends and family.

I ordered a pair of UIN Shoes on March 25, 2025. I paid $95. I never received the shoes. UIN shipping service informed them that the order was lost. Their customer service said I would received a refund and a free pair of shoes. I keep getting emails from them saying it will take 20 days to receive the refund. It is now July 10, 2025 and I have not received my refund or shoes. They closed my inquiry without my permission. My bank nor credit card company has never received my money back. BEWARE.

Shoes are actually pretty good; however, the customer service is abysmal. I ordered 3 pairs - two never showed up, but they refuse to refund and keep jerking me around via email. The only way to get the refund is to complain through the merchant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I got my order, I sended a fiew messages but never got an answer. It says I can track my order but from there I can t get into the system/says order not found, although I got a message it left from China. Scamorder!!!
Very disappointed, was looking forward to it, 100e down the drain. Think twice before you order.

This review is more about their return policy than their quality. I recently purchased two pair, including a sneaker type product. The top of the shoe rubs on my leg so they are unwearable. You can only return shoes once. You must pay the return postage and then choose another shoe. You may not receive a refund.

I returned a pair of sneakers and not only haven’t I received a refund but they ignore my emails. Guess I need to file a dispute with my cc. I am disgusted

I love the quality of your shoes, & the fit, designs & colors are great. I recently bought the flipflops, & they are rather loose & there's no cradle for your heels. The sole fabric is also too slick for flipflops, but great in the shoes. I will stick to my usual style in the future ❤️

For that price I expected better quality - no box, poor quality glue, different from the pictures (much narrower around the ankle than in the picture). The packaging indicates that the value of the product is only 8 USD, which would be more in line with the value of the product than the amount I paid.

PROS: cute shoes, decent fit (although a lucky stab because there is no size guide, & as women know, fits vary between brands/styles), sale prices are good, shoes are comfy but little arch support.

CONS: made in China--the "Spanish made" claim is a lie--shoes are shipped directly from China per shipping & tracking data; returns are a hassle-- & at your expense;

The shoes are shown with white birds on black background. I ordered on Amazon which also shows white birds. But the shoes I received are totally different in colour. The birds are brownish pink!? It totally spoils the look.

Now I wonder if UIN is a scam. I don't think a Spanish company would do this. The prices are European prices - we expect European standards! Not acceptable at all.

I love UIN shoes for a number of reasons! I have had to have several surgeries n the past 2 years, which started my journey for function and comfort . I adore all of the fun and quirky motifs that are available for me. It has always been difficult for me to find shoes that r my size and cute( size 10 n womens). So I have had fun with wearing these shoes. I always hear remarks about my shoe instead of comments about my orthopedic boot. I can wear one of my 8 pairs of UIN shoes and know my foot looks good, feels good and they help keep me from slipping because of their ingenious sole. THANK YALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY SOLE

I ordered two pairs of shoes - two different styles. One fit, the other didn't. I followed the procedure to return the pair that didn't fit and am now in a run around. Their shipper AIX sas theuy tried to deliver and failed. I say they never even tried (I have security cameras and no deliveries were attempted). They sent an email saying - oh, delivery failed because gate code issues or wrong apartment number or no safe place to leave the package. . .all BS (I have no gate code, this is a single dwelling and there are a few place that EVERY OTHER delivery service delivers to). They are lying to me about delivery attempts and there is no customer service for recourse. No phone number on the website and robot answers to complains I send. I want my shoes or I want a refund

Love the designs and colors. For me they are very comfortable, the heel fits well and the toe box is roomy. Mostly I love coordinating the different designs with my clothes.

I am currently undergoing what I think must be a scam with UIN footwear.

I ordered a pair of shoes which was on sale. The confirmation of order came through and I gave them over a week to confirm shipping. I followed up only to be informed that the shoe I had ordered was not available.

The first email seemed to be the usual sorry for the inconvenience, please consider ordering another shoe etc.
I then sent another option which was found in the women’s section (included a screen shot which also says “women slip on”) to be told this wasn’t a women’s shoe - order another.

I wrote in return with my last option, because I don’t want to order and pay for something I don’t want, to now be told I need to not only pay the difference but they also won’t give me the option of a refund.

Absolute scammers - and the email given is the customer service channel. I am hoping I can figure something out via PayPal but I would say DO NOT USE UIN.
