I bought 2 pairs of shoes that I thought I would not have to lace up. I specifically asked this question before purchase.
Also, of pairs that were exactly the same size, one was too small and one was too big.
None the less, I emailed the company and I could have returned them, but they offered me a discount and I felt the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Low quality products.
Good design but not good material.

This company does a really good job that makes him wonderfully comfortable shoes and everybody comments on them because of all of the art that is on them.. what I love most about the shoes is that I can get away with wearing them with dressy outfits because they are so colorful and professionally done and I have bad feet so that makes wearing shoes a little harder than most. And certainly I can’t wear heels anymore.

I would recommend that you DO NOT BUY from their website because returning is such a headache. They make it absolutely so hard to return anything. It is not worth the trouble. So you may be stuck with a pair of shoes that either don't fit or you just don't like them. I repeat...DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE! I got stuck with a bill well over $100.

I love this brand. I have 20+ pairs of these shoes. I have my regular “go to” pairs because they fit better on my narrow foot but the ones that I don’t wear as often I still love because of tue artist flair that they have. I am not really a sneaker person but I bought a pair recently from in footwear and I have been wearing them more than I thought I would because they are extremely comfortable. I would be really surprised if you tried the various types and didn’t find your “go to” pairs as well.

Very bad customer service. Wrong size- I wanted a refund- they offered to send a replacement if I pay half the cost again( this is is addition to the original money they already had)! Then they suggested paying the shipping cost and then they will refund the original cost!! Worst customer service ever!

The shoes I ordered are just as pictured and perfectly sized.
I love them.

The size is not consistent. I ordered the same size as previously but they did not foy. Now you want me to pay shipping to return.

ink on shoes not permanent will wash off and fabric snags

I enjoy wearing these shoes. I like the comfort they feel good when you stand up most of the day!! I like the wild design.

Shipping is too long. I think the shoes are less in quality than in previous years.

I love these shoes and just received my third pair! They fit well and are sooooo comfortable. There are so many fun styles and patterns that it makes it hard to choose. Whenever I wear them I always get compliments and people asking where they can get a pair.

This is actually a question.
I had ordered a pair of slip-on mule style from Amazon. Though they are a bit wide, they seem to stay on well and are comfy.
So I looked elsewhere and saw same brand slip on ( not mule) from a vendor on Ebay. The elastic is so tight, I couldn’t get my foot in the shoe. The shoes came in a box labeled with the UNI logo and there was tag attached with a string inside with the logo. Until I looked on this page, I didn’t realize these could be a knockoff. I’m still not sure. But they were more than half the price of the original ones I got. They look beautiful but I feel like Cinderella’s step sister. Could these be fake OR does this brand vary it’s sizing that much???
