If you’re unsure about anything they got you.
Due to the time difference it’s been adventurous connecting. However, once I did things went amazingly. I can’t remember the woman I spoke with originally and I feel bad for it because she was on point with her answers. Then I got switched to Josh and he was also brilliant. They are willing to help out even though it’s the middle of the night there with no issues. The directions were clear and easily followed. I’m happy I made the call and am excited to see things progress.

Way easier than I expected
To be honest, I was stunned by how easy it was to get started with the visa process. At first, I thought it would be a long and difficult journey. But just one day after I applied on the website, I received a call from the UIS.
The support I got over the phone was amazing. I never expected to receive this much help. I spoke with a young lady named Lisa Baker, and she assisted me so nice — she truly guided me through everything and was very friendly and helpful.
I believe that for many young adults, applying for a visa can feel quite overwhelming at first (I felt the same way yesterday). But after such a friendly start and such great support, you quickly gain confidence and feel much less nervous about the whole process.
