Jade was verry friendly and efficient. I said that I've never been to Australia before and that I would like to visit first before aplying for a visa. She immidiately verified my email adress and sent me assistance for traveling and also for immigration. Great service!

Where do I start... I began the application process for my visa back in October 2023. I applied for the subclass 190 so I could arrive in Australia and go straight back into my line of work. At the time of applying, I was told I'd have the visa by the time I arrived in Australia - a promise that turned out to mean absolutely nothing.
I was also told the process would take around six months once submitted. That six months became a year. Then longer. And longer again. To make matters worse, the person I originally dealt with left the company partway through the process. From that point on, I was passed between different people, none of whom seemed to have any real understanding of my case or its history. There was no continuity, no accountability, and no one who actually knew what was going on.
Not once did UIS proactively reach out to update me - every single piece of information I received came because I had to chase them. When I did get responses, they were vague, unhelpful, and frankly felt scripted. There was no sense that anyone was actually fighting my corner.
I have friends who have gone through similar visa processes with other agents, and the difference is night and day. Their agents kept them informed every step of the way, explored every possible avenue - submitting different ANZSCO codes under the same EOI, for example - and treated them like a priority. I received none of that. I was left entirely in the dark.
What makes this even harder to accept is that UIS held my login details throughout the entire process, meaning I couldn't even check the status of my own EOI. I was completely dependent on them to keep me informed - and they failed to do that at every turn.
2.5 years into this process, I had to chase them for a routine update, only to be told that my application had expired. They knew. And they said nothing. I had to find out myself. That moment broke whatever trust I had left.
I feel completely misled. Had I known that the fees I paid were simply for help submitting documentation - with no real ongoing support, no advocacy, and apparently no monitoring of my application - I would have done this entire process myself. I paid a significant amount of money to be guided and supported through one of the most important applications of my life, and instead I'm back to square one, being asked to pay even more money to start again.
This is not just poor service. This is a failure of basic professional duty. I urge anyone considering UIS to think very carefully before trusting them with something this important.

UIS nothing but just a bunch of scammers. I am saying this because I got ample amount of evidence. The guy named Denis Muller called me and lied to me over a call that "I can come to Australia and stay
here without even the requirement to work and after 3 years I can just apply for the PR". Got the call
recording for this as well. Denis Muller just then pushed further towards paying 2690gbp and sign the contract. So based on his mere lie, I just paid the money. Next day when I called UIS, the lady clarified me that Denis Muller has actually lied to me about the scenario of coming/staying in Australia and that this guy has only brought bad reputation for the company because he in a habit of lying. So once the lady helped me with the truth, I applied for the refund as per my right written in the contract. Then I had received email on 3rd Oct 2025 from Denis Muller that I will receive a refund of 1305USD. Since then despite of repeated reminders & calls, I have not been paid a single penny from UIS Australia. Honestly, because of having enough evidence, I am surely willing to sue this company as soon as I land there, unless I get my refund amount of 1305USD back. Company has surely failed to keep a check on his employee Denis Muller, who seems to be the black sheep of this company and the company will surely face the legal consequences if I don't get my refund back. I will keep on posting here about any updates I get from UIS Australia.

I was contacted regarding a visa evaluation service and paid €379 for a “Visa Evaluation Report”.
During the phone call, I repeatedly asked to delay the payment (to the following month, the following week, and even a few days), but all my requests were refused. I was told that if I did not proceed immediately, I could lose the opportunity.
I also asked to be called back later as I needed more time before making a decision and to arrange the funds, but this was not accepted, as I was told the process could not continue later.
This created significant pressure to make an immediate decision without having a reasonable opportunity to properly consider the service.
During the conversation, I asked whether I would be able to proceed with a Working Holiday visa and go to Australia, and I was reassured that I would be able to do so, which influenced my decision to proceed.
Only after the payment did I fully understand that the service is purely informational and not an official or required step in the visa application process.
I later requested a refund, but was only offered a partial refund (€175), which I do not consider fair given the circumstances.
In my view, the combination of urgency, refusal to allow time for consideration, and the way the service was presented did not allow me to make a fully informed decision. I would strongly advise others to take their time and not feel pressured into immediate payment.
