I had a very uncomfortable and highly unprofessional phone experience with UIS regarding a visa application.
The representative, Tasha, was extremely pushy from the start and kept insisting that I had to make a payment immediately. She repeatedly pressured me by saying that if I didn’t pay right away, I would be placed at the back of the line and that they might not even help me anymore. This felt manipulative and inappropriate.
The call ended up lasting around 30 minutes because she would barely let me speak and made it difficult to end the conversation. It felt like I was being kept on the line and pushed into a decision rather than being helped in a professional way.
When I explained that I wanted to take some time to compare options, this was not respected at all. Instead, she made me feel like this was a strange or unreasonable thing to do.
At one point, she even assumed that I didn’t want to proceed because I “didn’t have the money,” which was both incorrect and very unprofessional. On top of that, she made a comment about hearing my father in the background, which was completely irrelevant and inappropriate.
Overall, the entire interaction felt aggressive, unfriendly, and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise others to be cautious of this kind of pressure.

Took a long time and had to pay money for it. You can do it for free on the official Australian government website for FREE, and it was much faster.

I applied for subclass 417 visa and The staff are very welcoming and helpful. but what they dont tell you is the hidden fees, that theres a 350 pound eligibility check, a 1250 pound visa application fee (the standard rate for a 417 visa is about 350 gbp) and then if you want them to send it off you have to give them an extra 650 dollars. edit: id also like to add that when you attempt to call them you get no response so good luck getting a refund. this company pressures you to pay by getting you to pay a small amount then more then more, they wanted 300 pounds just to send of my files to the australian government. whatever you do stay away from this company
save your money and just do it through the government website

Basically pressure you on the phone to pay for the visa, then turn around and say that it's not actually for the visa but it's to start an application
