Similar to every single other review, absolute sham of a company.
Watch was a piece of junk that broke within an hour on Christmas day. Returns "process" is non existent, no response to any of the emails or online contact us submissions. Eventually posted back to France at a cost of £11 before being told a week later that the address could not be found.
Claimed back through my bank who were superb, but annoyingly that didn't cover the postage cost.
Do not understand how the company can continue to trade like this without being shut down.
Will be contacting citizens advice to see what they can do as it seems the company has been doing this for a while now without any change.
Shockingly bad.

Goods not arrived. The reviews on here say it all. Where's trading standards?

Wouldn’t give any stars if I could! Ordered a watch for my son at the beginning of November, it’s now the beginning of January and I still haven’t received anything or a response to the mass amounts of emails I have sent them!
Don’t order from this company! Having to go through a charge back request with my bank that will take upto 3 months to complete!!

I would give 0 stars if I could!! …. Took a long time to arrive, arrived just in Time for Christmas but then is clearly an adults watch not child’s as described! Then for the incompetence of false advertising I had to return the watch at my expense to France (cost £12!!) ..,, then had to constantly chase up for a response and refund - did finally get my refund after relentless chasing …, minus the £12!! - avoid company!!

BEWARE! These are not "KID" watches. They are ADULT SIZE. CHEAP PRODUCTS! The return address is in FRANCE-cost alot of money to RETURN.

Watch did not work. Arrived 2 weeks after ordering. No box just in envelope with bit of bubble wrap. This watch cost £50 and is rubbish. DO NOT USE.

I wish I had checked this site before I purchased. I bought a product for a holiday gift for my son and tried to cancel 10 minutes after purchase. I received an email the next day that it was already shipped. When I actually got the shipping I saw that it shipped out the following day (so it was not already shipped). Further, they did not warn me it was sent from China and would take a very long time. I ordered the product for a Christmas gift, and right now it's scheduled to arrive 3 weeks after ordering, which will not be in time. Good thing I ended up purchasing something else for the gift. I will never shop here again.

Awful company, devastated to have lost my money. Returned as per guidance, paying £14 to do so. Tracking reports unable to find address so currently down almost £100.

BEWARE! Horrid something of the night company. Took my money and never sent- they are NOT based in the UK do not trust them.

Horrendous received my order that is wrong colour face and damaged watch. No box but In a bag crushed. Feels like plastic had better surprise's in a kinder egg. Several emails to try and return and not a single response. Awful company avoid like the plague!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I put trust in this sham of a company!! I ordered a watch for my son’s birthday his first grown up watch and it’s left a horrible feeling unfortunately!!! First of all they state your order will only take 5/7 working days!! Ours took 12 days to get here as a result missed the birthday it was intended for!
Then when arrived it was just a watch in a packet, no box , no instructions, no warranty!! And when I took out the packet it fell to pieces pins fell out!! Luckily I work in the jewellery/watch industry so knew how to fix it!
Then looking at the watch closer I noticed a huge chunk of glass missing from the face, scratches all over the strap and to top it all off the actual watch isn’t ticking either.
I’ve emailed the company 3 times now and had no response what’s so ever!!
After reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one that’s experienced this disgusting service!! Ive had a better experience buying on a beach in Tenerife!! DON’T BUY FROM THIS SHAWDY COMPANY!!!! I wish I hadn’t 🤬🤬🤬

Really bad wish I had read trust pilot before ordering. New watch arrived but has broken in a couple of weeks. No response from their customer service and no phone number to contact. Awful and not a cheap watch!!! DO NOT BUY

The alarm clock I received was very bad quality and didn't work properly. Despite having emailed the company a couple of times to request a return, I still haven't had a response from them. Steer clear!

Same experience of being conned by Chrono-kids watches. Bought a watch for our son, arrived as a massive watch which didn’t fit an adult arm. Sent it back at our expense to the French address they gave us and tracked it as requested by Mary at Chrono-kids. Requested confirmation of receipt from her and she referenced it as still being in transit. Then received package back 2 weeks later with stamp of “packet not accepted” at address. Now not responding to correspondence. How much longer can Chrono-kids keep doing this to customers?

Absolutely shocking! Little did I know at point of ordering that the goods came from China and not France!
I ordered 2 watches for both sons.
1 got cancelled, assuming it was out of stock, the other pending. I was refunded for the cancelled watch. I then foolishly reorded another watch in replacement. They were quick to take the money, but nearly 2 months on I have not received the reorder. I did receive one of the original watches but that took 4 weeks to reach me and came direct from China.
Communication is so so shocking. All I get are automated replies, never answering my question about a refund! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU!

This company is awful. Ordered a child's watch - took an age to arrive and it was terrible - far too big for a child to wear and cheap feeling. Then it stopped working after a couple of days. Customer servcie slow to respond, and finally just pointed me to their suspiciously convoluted returns policy. Went through all the hassle of packing it up to return, and paid a further £9 for shipping. And then after a couple of weeks my package was returned from France saying 'not known at this address'. Really terrible experience

I wanted to buy a kids watch for my grandson to wear in a wedding. His sister had a gold necklace so we talked about a gold watch for him. I found one on the Chrono Kids site that I thought looked nice. It came a few days before the wedding, which was good, but the watch itself looks and feels like something out of a Cracker Jack’s box! It is so light weight, it feels like plastic, but the band is huge. Too big for even my husband’s wrist, and no way to make it smaller. The “gold” band is so bright yellow, it looks awful. I looked at the return policy and decided to take it to the post office since I had only taken it out of the packaging and then put it right back in again when I saw how cheap looking it is. It would cost me almost $20 to send it back to FRANCE!! I was afraid I wouldn’t even get my money back, so I kept it and will give it to my young grandson one day as a gag gift and something stupid that his grandmother did when he was 6 years old. The absolute worst product I have ever ordered.

Disgusting quality products and customer service. Ordered 2 watches for kids for Christmas. One doesn’t keep the time. The other not waterproof as it claimed and arrived without a working battery. No customer service function whatsoever. AVOID!!

This company is drop-shipping rubbish cheap products from China. Their customer service emails bounce with no reply. I ordered an alarm clock which took for ever to arrive and when it did it was a cheap plasticy poorly-made thing. Tried to send it back but they wouldn't accept the returned parcel. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this sight…. Rip off, made a purchase for Christmas in November the web sight said items received within 10 business days, folks I just received it TODAY. First off I ordered a gold color KIDS watch for my five year old grandson (supposed to be of good quality) metal material, I didn’t expect it to be luxurious for 29.99, but it feels like plastic and it is huge it’s even lose on my Husband, it’s maybe worth 5 dollars definitely not 29.99, I was skeptical ordering it off line but wanted to make my grandson happy it’s one of the only few items he asked me for, a little kids gold watch, and they couldn’t even send it on time. Certainly wasn’t worth the wait.
