I wish I could write a review and leave zero stars. When I ordered the watch it said it would be delivered within 10 days. Fast forward 16 days I still don't have the watch, and have had to purchase something else for my Grandson's birthday. I have reached out to customer service twice with zero response. Plan to dispute charge with my credit card company. Please steer clear of this company!

Purchased a watch for my son for Christmas. Watch is poor quality and huge even for an adult wrist. Contacted them for return several times but no response and so I have given up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible products and terrible service. Worst ever.

Not only did it take over a month to receive the cheaply made watch that was ordered (ordered for a 7-year-old child & it is too big to fit a grown adult), but when asking if I could return the watch - customer service did not respond. When reviewing the site to see how to return the watch, the address is in France (It costs $60+ for shipping costs). Totally dissatisfied with this company, product and customer service - BUYER BEWARE!!! They would receive a 0 out of 10 score and highly do not recommend buying from them.

Bought a watch for a Christmas present.. took a month to arrive.. when it arrived the packaging was cheap,ripped and damaged. Then the watch wouldn’t charge.
Tried contacting the company and had one reply telling me how to charge it when answering that the item is faulty had no reply or acknowledgment!
So now no refund or working watch! Disgusting customer service and cheap and nasty product!

Horrible experience ordered watch then I kid you not 4 minutes later realized I ordered the wrong. Stupidly proceeded to order the watch I wanted with Christmas and timing in mind. After I placed the order I emailed them and explained the situation so they could cancel one of the orders. Mind you this all took place in less than 11 minutes. The emailed me back and stated it’s been processed and shipped and that the second watch is at my disposal. Fast forward to yesterday December 28.I received the wrong watch of course. On top of all of that they have still charged my account twice for the original two watches I ordered. Then I see after tons of emails instead of refunding me they are attempting to send me another watch when I have repeatedly told them just to refund me. I am at a loss of words. And to put the icing on the cake I had three different fraud alert attempts on my debit card in a span of 35 minutes FROM FRANCE. I’m not one to accuse anyone of anything but this is just way to coincidental….

Package delivered empty, very flimsy envelope with a bit of bubble wrap for a £58 watch. No wonder it had ripped open and watch was missing. Customer service was appalling refused refund. Had to open dispute with my bank. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A LONG BARGE POLE. DISGUSTING COMPANY

Total rubbish watch dropped to bits in 2 minutes PayPal refunded me these are Chinese £2 watches avoid

Absolutely disgusted! 60 quid for 2 watches for my grandsons that were cheap plastic and one was broke getting it out the packaging! I want to send them back and get a refund as I don't know how they can get away with selling them in the first place!

Watch says its for teenagers, but was too big for adults, really flimsey, and delivery took ages.

As with the review above. Cheap Chinese rubbish, looks like something out of a Christmas cracker. I bought a kids watch for my son and it is too big for my wrist never mind my sons and there is no way of altering the strap. 14 days to refund?!! it took 20 days to arrive!! Customer service do not respond to you

Quality of products is poor, smartwatch app’s not working.
Customer service doesn’t exist, and when item broke after a few weeks, they claimed warranty is only 14 day’s (it took longer than 14day’s to arrive!) company is based in France, not UK!) cheap Chinese stuff is what they sell! As we paid trough PayPal, we received a full refund trough PayPal, as it was impossible to deal with the company direct.
