I needed help and advice as covid has got me into financial difficulties, sleepless nights and worry , I responded to an advert , and literally 24 hours later my worries where being taken away , with helpful professional advice being talked through the process helping me get my life back in order . Thoroughly recommended

I dealt will 3 really nice guys and I completed everything they asked from me and they were all confident it was all going to be fine. The next day I had a call saying that my case should never have got that far as 2 of my credit cards were on the watch list. I was also informed that their manager was going to be Informed! I emailed and tried calling the first guy I dealt will called Sandy and he ignored me. After weeks of stress I am back to square one. I am just glad it was stopped before my credit rating was ruined. I was left feeling suicidal. I think its wrong that they did not bother to reply to my emails. I would say to anyone that is thinking of using them to be very careful

I found credit fix were my saving grace in very dark times. The customer service team were absolutely shamazing they put me at ease immediately. I felt and feel safe in their hands. The app is so easy to use. Thank you credit fix for helping to fix my finances x

Great service from the customer service rep, Minhaz i think, answered all questions and gave me clear options, which were all helpful.

I was under a lot of pressure from my creditors to pay, and was sinking fast. I spoke to creditfix and straight away they put me at ease and made feel a lot more relaxed about the situation, it was a really quick process and smooth with regular updates from the team. Highly recommend creditfix ! Just wish I rang sooner than I did !

A very smooth and transparent service, obviously there is a lot of legal wording with the process. I found when questioned all of the staff were able to answer in a way that was understandable and completely made your mind at ease.

The agents I spoke to me made me feel at ease , explained everything so that myself and my husband understood everything, they rang me back when they said and kept us updated .

The only problem I have is nobody told me that when everything is set up I deal with customer service. Also when I rung the number I was given, I got different offices where people didn't know person I was looking for. On Friday I was put through to customers service where the person was not that nice when I tried to explain my problem she put down the phone.

Really easy process, first call knowledgable, helpful and put me at ease. Straightforward process that I wish I had done sooner. Happy with service and aftercare received
