It took a while to come to terms with my debts and didn’t understand my options but the creditfix team were so informative and helpful and helped me make the right choice and I’m so thankful as now I have some control

Everything looked good, we sorted my IVA claim in a week, made my 1st payment.
Then my IVA plan got canceled without explanation. Took 2weeks and 5 phone calls to get my 1st payment refund. Still no explanation why they canceled my IVA

I am appalled that after my IVA being declined, ALL my debts have gone straight to debt collection, something Debt Advice did NOT cover with me. I am now absolutely in a worse situation with the only option a £500 a month debt management plan which is totally out of budget. No after care to help me deal with the mess either.
