i wanted some quotes for moving house in a few weeks time, within 2 days i had 3 calls and made arrangements for some one to come and see us, i am now waiting for a move date from the local councel and will defonatly be contacting one of the removal companys ,,

I never realised a removal could be organised so quickly had a full quote and use of van with three removal men all done from my armchair and within 24 hours they have kept in touch confirming the date and time I will require them and the girl has been very pleasant throughout and it did not cost a small fortune

The removal company I used are top knotch al recommend them to any 1 with the best prices out I about 10 quotes I got u also get insurance on your delivery which is excellent. The staff were fantastic on the phone with great help from the ever so cheery Alana. I would defo use them again.

Was sent 6 options, all varied in quality. After a week was emailed and called until I agreed to be sent another set of options. This appeared to be more hassle than it was worth, I would have been much easier to do a web search and pick out the companies myself, I spent 3 days being called at work constantly.

One of the companies, in the second set of options explained that they had to pay for being recommended to me, which kind of illuminated me to why you kept asking me if I wanted to have more options to choose from.

I understand every business needs to make money but do they need to do it by bombarding someone with companies during what is a busy period anyway.

I did hope that this service would ease my workload whilst organising my home move all it seemed to do was create more work, and frustrate me.

There were a couple of companies that I would rate however I was sent a number of what can only be described as cowboys. I made appointments for some of the companies to view what needed moving and packing, I was given an hour time slot, at the end of the hour time slot no one had turned up and I was sent a quote?????

Never use this service it is quicker to use checkatrader or something similar.

They arrived on time and were always courteous and helpful as I am suffering from ill health they were only to pleased to take the burden of of me and did a good job in the timescale available

The first quote was sent to 6 companies only 2 replied, I was asked if I wanted to have more quotes sent to different co's said yes, 1 replied.

Phoned more companies to get quotes of my own.

Would never use the removal company again,should be banned from this site !!
Failed to remove as requested all furnishings,we had to return 3 times with our own van to finish removals !!
Damage done by removal company unbelievable from antiques to photos !!

UK removal offered a very competitive quote and completed our move quickly and efficiently.

I requested to have a detail invoice (a breakdown since you added £40 on my initial invoice) and you keep ignoring my request. Very disappointing !
