Easy to use, good results

The UK-removal website was a really easy way to contact several removal firms at once. Based on the information that I provided, 4 or 5 companies contacted me. 3 came over to give me a quote and I eventually chose one. UK-removal did follow up to make sure that I'd found a company I was happy with, which was good of them.

I felt rather vulnerable with 1 of the companies representatives. He was fast talking and asking me what I wanted if he offered to buy my furniture etc. he was too familiar and I wouldn't trust him. I probably would approach companies myself in future.

The site was easy to use but we only received 3 quotations not 6 as stated but we will be using one of those

Some of your removal companies are far too cheap the how can they quote under £500.00 to move a 3 bedroom house over 100 miles. Other firms quoted decent price. In the end we did not use any of the companies I went with a local company to where we are moving too.

Professional quote and the female operative was articulate and covered all bases

I chose easy removal uk and they turned up late, gave a higher price other than quoted, were rude, didnt want to take stuff up to 2nd floor even though they knew about it in advance and were paid by hour.

It was so convenient to use uk removals service.. I got a contact the same day and got a few follow emails and calls to ensure I was sorted.. The service I did choose in the end was everything I hopes for!

I only got one quote and it was at least 4 times ho I found myself.
It was quoted so high it was obvious they didn't want the job.
We were doing all the packing ourself, moving from a 1 bed flat to a two bed house, no carpets or wardrobes . We were moving a 10minute drive away and the quote was over £600

I was fed up asking 2 of the 3 agents that had contacted me for quotes. I have now been waiting over 10 days for one of them this has been unprofessional on their part but also stressful for my wife and I when we are trying to budget for the move

After struggling to find a London-based removal company, I found UK-Removal website. After filling my requirements and info, I received several quotes, emails and phone calls of interesting companies.
After a while they asked if I need more quotes. Done and done,

Hi I can thoroughly recommend UK Removal.co.uk now- it was a on form to fill in, easy on line search, where with just one form I could get six qutes, I did get plenty of feedback and had sorted my arrangements out with in twenty four hours...pretty hot service I would say!

Provided a good quote and arranged the inspection in good time

Up to date we have only received one home visit and quotation - Brights Removals.
Simply Removals sent a quote without seeing what needs we have but are visiting us later this week after 2 phone calls to them.
Deri-Morgan Transport have visited us but have not been in touch with a quote or to inform us they can/cannot do our move.
The other 3 companies, Bell & Sons, Removal Line and Turner Removals have not bothered to contact us - not very impressive. Finished up with finding another company on our own who have offered a really inexpensive deal. This so called "service" needs an URGENT REVIEW

Turned up on time and carried out the move very efficiently. No grumbles and no complaints. Friendly and calm..... Just what was needed on a manic day

Six companies responded with quotations varying between £750 and £1,850 to move my household contents from Bucks to Devon.

Stallion Removals quoted £750 which I accepted and then they promptly upped it to £850 when I requested an increase in insurance cover from £30,000 to £60,000.
Towards the end of the first day of packing and with a half size removal truck already on its way back to their depot containing most of my goods, I was informed that I would have to pay a surcharge as they had underestimated the number of packing boxes they would need and that they would need a bigger truck.
Hours later I am informed that the surcharge is £990 payable before departure.
With a gun held firmly to my head I had no option but to pay up.
Nice, really nice and thanks so much for the introduction but next time I''ll use an established well known English company.
